The pharmacy staff is lazy, incompetent, ignorant and stupid.Called to see when my prescription can be filled. They said the next day at 9:30 A.M.I drive all the way there to pick up my prescription at 9:30 and they said it can’t be filled until 12. (Incompetent). I told the girl that I was told 9:30, that I would appreciate it if they could at least fill it now, I’d be willing to wait a half hour. She said they couldn’t do that (lazy, ignorant). I asked why tell me 9:30 yesterday and today you say 12? She said she doubts anyone told me that (stupid, ignorant). I hope they get robbed again, they need a good scare.

My favorite Walgreens. The store is sparking clean and the ladies the work here are super nice and patient when I have multiple transactions.

Went to this location for the first time to fill a script after getting sick over the weekend. They couldn’t fill it because they said my insurance (tricare) rejected it on the bases that they need to bill my primary insurance first. Tricare is my only insurance. After calling tricare I quickly found out that the male technician who ran my insurance did so incorrectly which flagged my account leading to the denial. What’s even more alarming is the pharmacist flat out told me when it occurred that this “happens all the time.” Which tells me that they have a significant issue with staff training leading to patients having to experience delayed treatment due to their negligence. If you can’t run a simple antibiotic through insurance correctly what else are you doing incorrectly back there?!

Horrible customer service. The lady at the store refused to take my document, asking if I have another one. I don’t understand why document issued by the US government is not ok for her. She wasn’t even able to find it on my id, so I had to tell her. It’s not the first time it’s happening only in this store, it’s not good to discriminate customers like this. Awful service!

Scheduled an RSV shot appt today at noon online. Left work early and after standing in line for 15 minutes behind 2 other irate customers with separate issues, I was told that they ran out of shots this morning. Really? Never going there again.

Poor pharmacy customer service and lack of brand name items on the shelf. Where do I begin? Received an automated call to pick up my medicine, but when I got there they told me to come back after lunch for one of my prescriptions. This was the second time this week they did not have my order ready. Then the Clerk asked me my full birth date in front of another customer that happened to be my neighbor. My age is not my neighbor's business. This lack of service is regular, since it changed from Riteaide to Walgreens. I will be switching pharmacy in the future.

Pharmacist was helpful. Clerk needs a little polishing her customer service skills. Won’t name her, but asking someone in a line at the pharmacy “What’re you here for?” is inappropriate on more than one level. Clearly, a prescription that’s nobody else’s business, here.

I recently ordered some items online and instead of having them delivered to my residence, I shipped them to the store. For a process that I thought would be seamless, it ranks as one of the most unorganized shipping experiences ever. I might add that I would be in no hurry to use the ship to store option again. Since I had never used this process for Walgreens, I heavily monitored shipping updates on the website. The website did not provide much information in terms of an estimated delivery date, so I contacted customer service and was provided with the desired information. The following day, I noticed on the website that the two packages were delivered to the store complete with the delivery time and where the packages were placed. Mind you, the customer service department stated that I would receive a call or email from the store when the packages were available for pickup. Needless to say, I was never contacted, so that evening, I called the store and after forty minutes of being on hold and getting the runaround, I was told that the packages were not there. Without going into further detail about all of the back and forth that occurred for two little packages, I would not have anything sent to that store again. Ironically, once customer service offered to provide a refund or resend the items directly to me, I received a call from the store stating that the packages were located. After getting beyond the back and forth; the process of picking up the packages at the store was simple.

Incorrect passport photo size. Manager refused to print correct size of passport photo. Had to use photo from another Walgreens. Also charged triple the price for the passport photo than the other Walgreens on George Claus Blvd in Severn. Go to the Walgreens in Severn instead.

I’m a regular here for small household items as well as pharmacy department. I’ve never had an issue at the pharmacy, and the service is ok.I’m here to speak on an associate at the checkout registers. DEVIN, I believe his name is. When I tell you this gentleman is consistent in the level of service he provides, believe me!!!I don’t know if he’s a manager or if he just works the registers, but I am always pleased with the service he provides. He is patient, and knowledgeable. My first encounter with him was with my kids, and what a sweet man he is to the little ones. Often times encounters with frontline employees can be so terrible or just seem forced, but Devin is a natural. We tend to write only when something goes wrong, but I believe in highlighting the good as well.

My family and I have used this location for over 20 years (when it was Rite Aid). I have just picked up the absolute last prescription from this establishment. My wife and I have stopped using this establishment a few years ago due to the decline in service. I still pick up prescriptions for my elderly parent from there but after today that has also come to an end. First of all, unless you live close or work hours outside of their 9-5:30 Monday through Friday schedule, the hours are extremely inconvenient. Secondly, about 75 percent of the time, the prescriptions are not ready, thereby triggering the response "we can have it ready in 20 minutes if you want to wait". This is usually follows an automated text "your order is ready for pickup". In addition, my wife was informed yesterday that they had the prescription but were currently out yet I was informed my someone this morning, that they just received the prescription. My wife has never lied to me and I find this particular conduct highly reprehensible. Furthermore, I have had instances when I went to pick up the prescription and the computer was down (luckily I had cash on those occasions). In closing, if a representative from your company actually reads this (it would be a nice payback for all of the wasted time over the years), you may want to examine your business practices to see how you can improve on them. Sadly, the only response will probably be automated. Potty.

Last straw. Absolute worst pharmacy. Ever. Have given my wife wrong medication in the past and then today (Monday) said it was too soon for my wife to receive medication she was prescribed on Friday. Claimed it was an insurance issue we'd have to take up with the company directly. They don't even offer weekend hours anymore. They open two hours after I get to work during the week and close before I leave work (unless I get permission to leave work early like today). Each time I've gone in there, someone in line has a confrontation with them over poor or refused service, guess today was just my turn.

They value their own time but customers’. I understand they have in shortage on helpers. However, they just inform their customer that they have to be in lunch time after letting their customer standing and waiting more than ten minutes. There is no consideration for customers or smartness about work. As you all know, Walgreens is one of the fastest pharmacies to close. They would not consider about your urgency of getting prescription medicine.

This store was much better when it was Rite Aid especially the pharmacy! Only open 9am to 5pm and closed on weekends.
