Employees here are nice. Usually, you can be in and out fairly fast. I been coming here for a while and have no complaints.

This is located in the same huge shopping center as Lowe's. I'm always baffled when I see one teller and several customers in line and then two customer service representatives just sitting around, one texting on a phone and the other making eye contact with me and then looking away. Where is the teamwork here? The teller was friendly and helpful. The interior was clean with some live plants giving it some life and decor. The last time I came here I waited for 40 minutes while several employees chitchatted and ignored me.

Horrible drive thru service experience

In a seemingly safe area of town. I only ever go through the drive thru, but I'm usually pretty much the only car there and luckily I'm able to get in and out.

Terrible customer service! Teller in drive thru was so passive aggressive. I had sent my stuff through the tube waited for a period of time with no courtesy call of saying I will be with you in a moment and mind you I was the only one in drive thru. So after several minutes had passed I pressed the call button,she said to me she was helping someone in the lobby and that she would be with me after shes done with them (but it was how she said it and her tone like they where more important than me because they came inside than through the drive thru). Which is strange because I never saw her leave the counter to go to the lobby counter and no other teller came over to collect anything from her. Then another car pulled up in drive thru and since I was watching her the whole time I saw her take that persons stuff and she processed theirs and made me wait even longer. So passive aggressive and rude people like her should not be in customer service and Wells Fargo needs to train their people better! So sad that snottiness is what they offer.

Teller was friendly until she asked $7.50 to cash a business check. Thats my lunch money! I think that's very high and most of that is just purely profit motivated.

I'm sad see a Wells Fargo in a such prime location to be so poorly staffed and trained. I'm from NOVA and experiences at Wells Fargo near my home are far superior which it should be. This branch needs to looked at by upper management.

Customer service is very good. They opened my son's first account and explained everything to him.
