BANKERS BRUSH ME OFF,BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK AND WERE SITTING AT THERE DESK DOING NOTHING, I HEARD THE MANAGER(EMILY) ASK THE GUY WAS HE AVAILABLE AND SAID HIS CANCEL, BUT BACK AT 3:00 WHEN IT'S 12:00,IT'S SEEMS AS IF THEY DIDN'T WANT THE BUSINESS WHEN HAVE BEEN WITH YOU'LL FOR OVER 15 YEARS.

Went in to get a document notarized that was under my name and my wife's name and was denied this service by the branch manager. She said we both have to be Wells Fargo customers in order to get the service.Although we have our Car financed through Wells Fargo (both our names), a line of credit (my name only) and my wife has a checking, savings and credit cards I guess in my case I am not considered a Wells Fargo customer. ?

Today I went inside the bank to make the deposit for $300 cash.I have the debit card with me and still asking for ID.and didn’t deposit the money.

I really don't like coming to this branch. Worse part of my day. The tellers act like your bothering them. Not pleasant. I'm glad when Joyce is working she doesn't make me feel like I'm a burden. Never enough staff. The rest I hope can find joy in their job because it causes me anxiety.

Went in today with my grandmother to help her take care of some account updates. Made an appointment online but was unfortunately running late by about 15 minutes. When we arrived Quyen greeted us right away and was able to assist with everything very quickly and efficiently. Thanks

Amazingly bad customer service. I was last in line of 6 cars, waiting for service (since customers are not allowed in the lobby due to COVID). No movement, although I saw a person in a reflective vest talking with the first car, not acknowledging the remaining cars. Left line to get some gas and returned to line. Pulled up again and was waiting behind one car. Waited for five minutes after closing, then pulled up to the transaction tube. The teller said that they were closed. I explained that I was in line before closing time but due to the line, decided to get some gas to return 10 minutes later. The manager/teller said that I was not, since she did not see my car originally, implying that I was lying. No numbers handed out, no cones placed on the last car. Accusing me that if what I was saying was true, then I should have stayed in line when she did not acknowledge any of the cars behind the first car. I requested to check the building video to show that I was indeed in line originally. Teller/mgr said that video is only for security purposes. Noted repeatedly that I was not fair to the other customers, which makes no sense since I was the last car waiting in line. Teller/mgr offered make a complaint on my behalf, since we were getting nowhere. I requested that she file that complaint. Waiting for her follow thru.

This Branch has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you ever want to feel like your just another number , than this is the place ...
