I will honestly say Anchor is a great dealership for buying a car. This comment is directly too GM as a company. I purchased a 2018 gmc sierra 1500 new and everything that I question about being wrong with the truck is a so called normal issue. I have been buying GM vehicles my whole life and this will be my last. How can you advertise a certain towing capacity for a vehicle but, when towing in traffic the transmissions won't stay cool. Upgrade the 6 speed transmission.

My 2018 Sierra developed a noise in the right rear. Took it to Anchor without an appointment and George in the service department took great care in getting it fixed in time for vacation. Great service and great people. Ended up replacing the rear main component and best part it was all covered under warranty! Highly recommend these guys!

My visit was very pleasant. From the minute I walked in the door from the Service Drive-through to the minute I walked out when the repairs were completed was hassle free. Trish was very nice and explained everything well. The requested items were completed in a timely fashion.

The most honest and kind staff can be found at Anchor Buick GMC. I was fortunate to work with Steve Mahoney who was incredibly knowledgeable in his field and made my car purchasing experience as seamless and stress free as possible. The service team has also provided exceptional customer service every time we have brought our other vehicle in for maintenance. Service & management not trusted. Poor customer care and service.I brought my truck in for for a couple issues over the spin of two years each time I will bring my truck they would consider the job “almost fixed” while still charging me. Recently I had a balance issue with my tires they advised me to bring it in. Again, they almost fix the balancing issue.(the said it was the front right tire only) when I receive my truck back, the truck was shaking uncontrollably. A service suspension light came on. I decided to bring it back to them they told me that they can’t fix this issue and that I need to replace a shock and all wheels have a balancing issue. Missed diagnosis, and time wasted. I took my truck to other GMC dealership and they fix the issue.Please watch out for this dealership as they do not take time consideration to thoroughly check your vehicle.

My experience at the dealership was awesome. Lisa was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t do enough for us. She is truly a credit to the Williams dealership in Anchor. Also, Big John was very good at explaining some things to us. Pardo us hooking up with Lisa to get the deal we were comfortable with, been dealing with you for over 30 years and would not deal with anyone else. Thank you very much.

We have been waiting on a part since March for our 2023 Denali and the time keeps getting pushed back for it to arrive. Our truck was out of commission for a day and the service dept could not find anything wrong with it. We had the truck for 1.2 months and then it began to gave problems. We have not been happy with this purchase at all. Even though it is a 2023, I feel like this truck is a lemon. I have asked several times for it to be switched out and nothing has been done. We purchased a lemon but you still expect us to make the payments. We would truly appreciate an even exchange on this truck before anything else goes wrong with it.

My salesman John was friendly, very knowledgeable about the cars and made the buying process a very relaxing, happy experience. The finance manager was also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

I wanted to purchase my vehicle from Steve because he helped my son purchase his car several months ago and he was so thorough and friendly. You do not see this level of customer service anymore and I believe when you do see it like I did with Steve it should be rewarded as best as one can.

Anchor Buick service personnel are exceptional, I have received extra personal attention to things that were beyond their normal expectations, namely: taking time to help with installation of wipers and retrieving property I left in the courtesy car. Also honoring special discounts. I have been a satisfied customer of Anchor since 2002 with my Rendezvous. Sales person,(Lisa Gilman) and Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable, about the trucks they had, and stock in route to dealership. She, emailed me everything I asked for, to help me decide which truck was right for my needs. Had a great test drive and I was sold! I will be sending everyone I know to Anchor Buick GMC to have the same experience and service I received. And I too, will be back!

Purchased a brand new GMC truck from Anchor in October 2022. At the time of purchase, Anchor issued me a "we owe" you for a damaged item on the truck. In December 2022, while sitting in John Webb's office, I asked him about the status of this "we owe" item. There was no record that the item had been ordered. He said he would order the part. In March 2023, via email, I inquired with John Webb about the status of the item and asked for proof of order date. Was told the part was due in April 2023, and given a part number. No response on the proof of order date. In May 2023, via email, I inquired with John Webb again on the status of the part. I also mentioned that I researched the previous part number that he provided, it was the wrong part number, and it would not fit my year truck. John Webb told me a new part was ordered and will be there in 7 days. We'll see. Seven months. Unacceptable service from Anchor.
