I really like banking with them. They are friendly and very helpful bank. Tellers are informative about making sure clients know dates that would negatively impact them.

No one answers the phone. Online chat will only assist me if I provide my full SSN. That's not customer service - that is pure customer avoidance. As soon as I can move my loan to another servicer, I will be doing so.

My debit card was, unfortunately, associated with an account that was hacked. I don't use cash, I don't use checks - my debit card is everything! I was told on the phone to cut up the old card and a new one would be mailed to me. OH NO! I went to the local branch, they identified me with phone & picture id, told me the source and nature of the fraud attempt, and gave me an immediate replacement card.Fast, friendly, kind, efficient - I can't say enough good things about the local APGFCU branch personnel!

If you ever need anything don’t expect to get it done. If you call you’d be lucky to even speak to someone. Loan was paid off three weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my release letter. Went into the branch and they said you have to call the loan department. Well it sure would be nice if they answered the phones. Yesterday I requested a call back got nothing. Today requested a call back. And called again and have been on hold for over an hour. As soon as I get this paperwork I’m canceling everything with apg

I switched to APG from what used to be Wachovia now Wells Fargo. I'm so glad I did, the staff are always friendly and professional. I had a very tedious task and someone sat with me and helped me through it all (I wish I got her name). Customer service is A1 for sure!

I try to withdraw money out my account at the Drive-thru the lady said I owe 20 dollars on my loan. I told her I payed it's yesterday. I said it didn't pop up on my side yet. I then showed her my phone where I payed it. She then said well its do again in 2 weeks or you can just take some of your money now to pay it off. I told her no thanks I would just like to withdraw my money. She told me she can't not do the withdraw unless I make a payment that was due in 2weeks or pay my full loan off. So I had to go to the ATM and take all the money out. Elkton is the worst apg bank they have. Driving 7 miles down the road to northeast is better. It's always something going to elkton apg

I agree with Tori L! We had our car loan through APGFCU. They would redact my account number and my balance every month. The only thing they would allow me to see on the monthly payment (I paid on time every month at the bank) was the amount I paid. When I complained, they said I had no right to know that information- how much I owed on my car loan.After a year, we ended up refinancing the loan with another bank. They are unscrupulous and unethical. Please be very careful with who you choose to bank and borrow.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. The customer service is awful, the entire banking experience makes me want to pull my hair out. ESPECIALLY since everything went drive through. Can’t wait to get my car loan out of there so I NEVER have to deal with them again.I was banned on fb for posting this exact message. If you are able to run from this bank. RUN. Absolute nightmare and completely irritating to work with. The process is annoying and the obstacles put in your way just to do anything is obnoxious. Literally just cannot wait to get this check deposited so I never have to go there again. The. WORST.
