The store manger I believe he was Spencer he was amazing ! And very helpful he went above and beyond ! I litteraly broke down outside the store with my van . Spencer. and I’m not sure if he was the district manger bald with glass really went out their way to get me back on the road ! I appreciate them a lot! My van has been running good ever since ! I’m glad I broke down there vs breaking down anywhere else ! Spencer even allowed me to changed my phone while I was broke down and only having a 3% and basically stranded that was really nice ! Everything about my experience at that store was amazing ! All the employees seem very helpful on that shift that day ! Spencer was determined to get me back on the road ! And he made sure he did ! Thank u for all ur help ! I was havin the worst day and they made my day better !

Had to drop by and grab some things to change my spark plugs, staff was very helpful, did half the work for me and offered to let me borrow a tool to finish the job in the parking lot. Great service.

I called multiple times to see if they had a battery in stock for my car and I got Told to hold on twice and instead of putting me on hold they hung up on me. The third time I called and told them I got hung up on twice, the lady put my on hold for 30+ minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Charles helped me out with a mystery issue affecting my Honda Civic. I kid you not, six different mechanics at three different repair shops have looked at this car and not one has been able to review the research on this make and model and the facts of the issue and give me a diagnosis that makes sense. I'm now one step closer to fixing the issue and having a reliable vehicle. Thanks, Charles!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and if you're trying to fix your car or truck, there are plenty of options and the staff will do as much as they can to help you figure everything out and make sure you have the right parts you need. If you don't know what you honestly need, they will do 100% to help you with anything

Super helpful and friendly staff! I needed new tail light and indicator light bulbs and Joe was able to find the correct bulbs for my car and he even helped me install them (as I was struggling!) - Thanks Joe!!

What kind of trash store sells brake pads for 40 bucks with no clips? Elkton AutoZone is the answer. What AutoZone store has the worst customer service on the East Coast with employees who don't give a rip? You guessed it, Elkton AutoZone! Absolute trash!

So i purchased something at the Elkton Autozone in Elkton and returned it at a different Autozone in Delaware.The Delaware Autozone took the item I returned and printed out a recipe saying they couldn’t give me the money to show the receipt to the Autozone in Elkton to get you refund.So I went to Autozone in Elkton and K*lly the store manager refused to give me my refund and told me to drive back to Delaware to get your money being rude and unprofessional.AutoZone is 1 chain so I can return anything to any Autozone but she refused to give me my money even after Autozone took the purchased item back . I contacted the district manager bc they wouldn’t refund my money and took the purchase item. She’s telling me to get out of her store and what it looked like was recording me with her cell phone for what reason idk. Unprofessional and a complaint is being filed. Will be doing business somewhere else for now on thanks to the unprofessional staff at Elkton Md 21921 . All happened on 2/9/24 at Elkton AutoZone. None of this falls on me and shows you how autozone does business. Remember the customers are always right. Without customers AutoZone makes no money. I guess this is why everyone is doing business on line with Amazon and other websites like that . Way cheaper prices and money back guarantee.
