I have experienced wonderful production performance with Lead Contractor (Zack) for my project. He and his crew did excellent job from start to finish. I was so enthusiastic and very grateful of him explaining the process and stages of development. He demonstrated great professionism, and was very knowledge of the project. He communicated very well, and very tentative towards my needs and concerns. He showed patience and was prompt on schedule time. Also, Zack and crew was organized and cleanup went well. If I had a business, I would steal Zack in heart beat and make him my boss of the Company to run my business and hire his crew as well. I give him and crew A++++. I will make sure to my friends, Sorors, co-workers and family referrals, because of Zack and his crew excellent performance.

This is one of the best companies that has maintained my sump pump and basement humidifier in a very long time. The service technician Jordan provided the best customer service and was very detailed on how both of my systems worked and the recommended parts that needed to be replaced. I didn’t even know that I had my backup battery for 9 years. So thank you Basement Systems and thank you Jordan for your amazing customer service.

Excellent experience all around. The inspection and quote on my crawlspace were both detailed and thorough, far exceeded the other companies I had quote the job. The installation team did great work and my crawlspace is finally dry and actually usable. I've had several contractors in the crawlspace for HVAC and electrical work, and they've all commented that it might be the nicest crawlspace they've ever worked in. Supremely happy with everything.

Appears to be good work so far, but left a horrible mess in my rec room. They didn't properly ventilate the room as they were drilling and cutting concrete, and no one with the company told me about the fine dust. 3 weeks later, and I'm still cleaning it up. Also left concrete debris in the carpet, utility sink and backyard. I hope the repairs hold up, because I honestly don't want them back in my house.

Basement Systems USA was a pleasure to work with. Chris was very knowledgeable as far as what needed to be done, and he figured out a way to fit me into their packed schedule. Zach (the technician that came to do the work) was OUTSTANDING!!! He called and let me know that he was on his way, and when he ran into some traffic he communicated that to me as well. When he arrived he promptly got to work, and got the job done quickly. Zach was very professional and polite throughout the entire encounter. I will be saving their info in the event I ever need their services again (I pray I won't need to use it Lol).

Basmement systems saved our basement - from when Tina called to schedule an inspection, to when Jeff came out to look at our basement to design our system, to when jeremy and his team started, they took care of us. Huge shoutout to Jeremy the foreman for being extremely professional and thorough, and emerson and luis in his team, they worked really hard to finish all the work in just 5 days. They took care of our home like it was theirs, even with such messy work.
