The prices are very reasonable and all of the staff I've dealt with have been pleasant. Access to the storage is easy. I did have an issue when I made my reservation because I needed to hold the spot for more than 30 days. When I spoke with the site manager they told me they could extend it an extra few days but did not tell me that this entailed making a new reservation on my behalf which resulted in a higher price than I was quoted. When I called in about it they said there was nothing they could do to honor the original price. Not thrilled with that part.

Love the place. Nice and secure, however my 1 qualm is that the huge potholes down the drive thru area. Needs to either be filled or paved over. I get jostled worse then a roller coaster just driving through there.

I would recommend anyone in need of a storage unit to give them a call. I Check into numerous other facilities from Northeast Maryland to Newark Delaware and Not only were they the cheapest, but they Also made the whole process as simple as possible and we're more than helpful.
