Ms Krista, I pray I am spelling her name correctly. Any how I rented a 5x10 on 11/8/2024 in the morning I was actually the first customer And she was so kind friendly and very knowledgeable about the storages. I just picked up a u haul before arriving there and had a very bad experience and it was a blessing to have had her to make me feel better after the horrible experience I just had. I thank her for kindness.

I personally have 2 units here. The place is very clean and climate controlled. Customer service is good but the office is very under staffed in my opinion. I would definitely recommend if you have valuable items and or books and tools you don't want messed up from climate conditions.

So easy to reserve and start using anytime. I've used the inside units and I store our RV there. I love the automation of everything!

Beware. Bait and switch. When I first reserved my spot I needed them to hold it for a little bit longer. They said okay no problem we can extend the hold. When I got my first month's bill, it was 16% higher than the promised rate. When I asked they told me it was because somebody changed my spot and even though it was the same size spot at the same facility the rate changed and there was nothing they could do. Then, 6 months in, my rate went up by another 25%. When I called in about this they said they had reevaluated rates due to maintenance on the property and other nonsense and, again, there was nothing they could do about it. Yet on their website the monthly rate cited is still the same as the rate I was originally promised. So I guess they intend on doing this to any other sucker behind me. I've since pulled my RV from there and I'm storing it elsewhere.
In response to CubeSmarts response to my review:
I DID try taking to management. I was told the increase was due to property maintenance and there was nothing they can do, as I noted above in my review. But why, then, is the advertised price online still the same low price I was originally promised? Like I said bait and switch.
