Shannon who is in charge at the office in Elkton was very pleasant, respectful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable! She did a gtear job at helping us signed up for the 10×15 storage unit first month free and 40% off. We also signed for the second 5×10 unit and then we had a need to rent the 10×30 unit. Shannon made it so easy to transfer the first 2 units to the 10×30 unit. I would highly recommend Cubesmart storage to all.my friends and families here.

Terrible business well at least the one in Elkton MD at the stove top location.. Emptied my storage unit a week and a half before the next monthly payment would be due .. I even swept the unit before closing it up and like 15 days later I get an email from a bank account I rarely use and only keep like a dollar In that said my account was overdrawn 195.60 from a charge from cubesmart! The store manager literally hung up on me simply I'm assuming because she was annoyed I had a complaint she might have to deal with because I didn't raise my voice or get rude cuz I'm thinking no big deal this will obviously be a simple mistake they made getting fixed quick.. Nope! District manager never picks up and never returned my call and the customer support number told me they raised my support tickets priority and that I'd be contacted soon to resolve this issue .... That was August 20th and here I am halfway through September basically just unable to see this as anything different from just straight up being robbed! So You got it cubesmart.. So grimey cubesmart.. Got me writing a review.. So you clearly won this round. #Karma

Good location, fair price. Easy online reservation and deal for first month. Make sure to keep emails. When you set it up online they put a numeric lock on the door. The code is not available in their ap. Only in your confirmation email! Upon inspection, discovered (and repaired) bent door track.

If I could 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE!! Stay away. Ants everywhere, along with mice, spiders and mold. If you want your stuff ruined, store it here. Plus, it’s not secure. My unit was broken into causing broken and stolen items. This place should be bulldozed!!

I really like the way I could do everything online and how I got call from customer service to let me know that everything was ready and I was given my information through text so I wouldn't have any issues getting into my storage thank you for excellent service

Getting a unit online was convenient, fast and easy. Unit was perfect for our belongings while we looked for a place to stay after the house fire. Had a safe place for all of our stuff. Thank you
