Clean store. Staff was excellent, drive to this location for items my local store didn’t have. Called ahead to make sure the item was in stock and the employee that answered the phone was friendly and informative.

I’m a harbor freight addict and have been to every one along the 95 corridor from Bmore to Philly and the staff are on top of the list for being helpful and friendly.

This is not really a review for this store as much as it is for Harbor Freight corporate, but this is the store where I had the issue.
I live in Delaware and this was the closest store that had one of their utility trailers in stock. When I arrived, they refused to sell it to me and told me there was an issue with the DMV. I then called the Delaware DMV to see if I could identify the issue before obtaining a trailer from elsewhere.
Apparently, Harbor Freight refuses to let their store management fill out and sign the Certificates of Origin for their trailers. That is the reason they will not sell these in several states. Delaware does not require notarization or otherwise. It just needs to be filled out and signed by a representative of the store.
I purchased a trailer elsewhere from a store that does fill out the certificates, but it had to be shipped, which added to the cost.
It is thoroughly disappointing that Harbor Freight cannot manage a fairly basic element of the transaction.

I visit this Harbor Freight at least once a week and I'm always finding a good deal on something. They carry a fairly broad selection of Harbor Freight products. I can't think of a time when they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as well. I'll keep coming back as long as I live in this area for sure

Usually Elkton stores in general lack good customer service. I don’t know what harbor freight is doing for hiring process but they have it figured out. I spent upwards of 10k at harbor freight in 2024 accross Elkton and the Middletown location . I frequent the store often and I like to think they are somewhat familiar with me .
Regardless it’s pleasant to see very low employee turnover atleast that I see . The staff is knowledgeable , friendly , funny , and down right genuine. I feel like they are not miserable to be there and they have a very good dynamic . Keep up the good work ! Very happy customer.

Searching for 1" x 30" sanding belt. Unusually, this product is with woodworking, not with the rest of the sanding belts.
Staff was nice and found them promptly.
