The other night, I stopped here to get gas. I was the only customer and the employees were outside smoking which isn't that big of a deal. The issue is they were smoking right in front of the entrance. My 4 year old and I don't smoke and it really bothered me that we had to walk through clouds of toxins just to get my gas! Even as we approached, the employees did absolutely NOTHING to move away from the door, even with my child walking with me. The girl looked up at me like I was bothering her by coming in the store while the guy didn't even look up from his phone! I don't have any of these issues during the daytime. Only in the evening. Something needs to change! ASAP!!!

Tried calling twice this morning because there was a fire at the pizzeria a couple weeks ago, and nobody answered. When I went over one of the cashiers told me that the phones are not working. Highs really needs to get some of these issues resolved, no working phone. How do they handle emergencies?

If you need gas definitely avoid coming to this High's convenience store. The pumps are old, dirty, outdated, and falling apart and the parking lot is full of potholes. If you use your credit card be aware that there might not be any paper receipt coming out of the pump and you end up going into the store. I'm giving one star because the inside of the store is well maintained, but they seem not to care about the outside. Apparently, the store has requested new gas pumps from corporate, however they won't do anything.

Gas pumps take forever to pump. 5min to pump 1.75gal of gas. Parking lot is destroyed.

High convenience store prices, rude and uncaring staff that was more interested in finishing their conversation than helping customers. Self checkout not working but left on for customers to struggle with. Staff says it's always broken but the manager won't allow them to turn it off.

It says the store closes at 12a.m. but they need a sign that says, "We stop selling cigarettes whatever time we feel like doing the cigarette count."

The prices here are so insanely bad but unfortunately I live right down the road so I’m stuck with having to go…. I just went in and they raised the price of their breakfast sandwiches… why? Now literally nobody is going to buy them. Instead of creating disgusting foods (like the new crab pretzel) just keep the normal pizzas and breakfast sandwiches at a low price…. Who in the world do you think is buying crab pretzels at a gas station? Like who is in charge of these ideas? The only thing even keeping this business afloat is the 2/$5 monster deal so at least don’t ever get rid of that.

Walked in the store and only one person working. Store really didn't look clean. The managers need to get on the people that work there and have them do a better job
