I won’t refer people to this insurance company if my life depended on it. They don’t return your phone calls, answer your emails. They only accept payments as they hike your amounts but when you’re struggling on hard times they immediately cut communication and force an insurance lapse. Now I’m forced to pay more money to the MVA because my bank didn’t withdraw the automatic payment amount due to an ERROR. Thanks for the communication DEVANE! Never will use Allstate ever again and I’ll be reviewing you everywhere.

Jackie Devane is a superstar! I live in Australia but needed to find coverage for two investment properties as the previous provider had zero interest in customer retention and was nearly impossible to make contact. Fortunately I was introduced to Jackie at Allstate and the service has been 6 star++! Thank you Joseph Devane & Co.Bob Gilman

They take the money every single month from your bank account. But when it comes to get money for your claim, they rip people off. I had a flat tire at 10 pm, called their road side service, but they never showed up. I had to arrange a u haul tow dolly and a u haul truck to tow my car. They told me that I could get the money reimbursed since it was their poor service. I filed a claim for my out of pocket expense. After a week of wait they approved me for a 9 dollar check. That is insane and un thinkable behavior. I hope someone sues your company...
