“Absolutely love this store and the staff every time I stop in. The staff has always been the friendly-est I have encountered in our small town. Every year the help me and my daughter pick out new chicks and our chickens are huge and doing great. They help us find anything we need and treat me and my family and even coworkers with the highest of respect. Keep up the awesome work and this store and team have made a very happy loyal customer.”

“I frequent this place every month to get food for our little guy. The staff is super friendly and always ask if I need any help. They carry a wide variety of dog food and treats. They also organize pop up photos for free some times. I got cute pictures of my dog from concord pet.”
“I love this store. I know you will read reviews on here that, in my opinion, are not fair to the owners. They really do care and all of the fish I’ve purchased from them have been healthy with no issues. Yes, the building is older. Yes, animals need constant upkeep and it’s challenging with so many tanks. But every time I’ve stopped in, I have been treated politely, the staff make excellent suggestions, and I always look forward to seeing what’s new. I do recommend them to friends in the hobby. If you are the Fish Police and a professional hater, go to your big box store. The ladies here are kind and knowledgeable. A big thank you to them for always helping me choose the right selection for my tanks!”

“Very educated staff in the fish department!!!! Recently purchased a 36 gallon aquarium. The staff was wonderful one particular girl. I can’t mention her name. I don’t think but she was great. She really explained everything to us and helped us through every step of the way with putting our aquarium together. Very trained in the area !!! Thank you ?”
