Susquehanna Workforce Center - Cecil County is a non-profit group that helps people and companies. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful, providing super customer service. They offer certified job coaches and resume writers to help individuals find new jobs and often provide paid new career area training, usually for free through grants. They help companies retrain and find quality workers. They have many connections for both the job seeker and for companies. However, one reviewer sadly experienced entrapment between unemployment case representation and never being hired for any jobs applied for.

Got there about 3:00 p.m. I expected the place to be crowded but it was not. Staff was very helpful and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff volunteered a lot of information. Since I was not there on a crowded day I'm giving it 4 stars

5 stars! They made me feel welcome and they helped me out so much and continue to help me as well. I had no idea where to even begin to look for a career until I went to the Susquehanna Workforce center for help! Love this place and I highly recommend!

The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. If they don't have the answer you need, they will go the extra mile to get it answered for you.
