The service center here is the absolute worst if you plan on getting any work done to your truck please go somewhere else. Even if it’s just an oil change or dot inspection. Pulled up at 7 was quoted 2-3 hours. I wanted 4 then conveniently the mechanic went on a road call but also they were pulling other trucks in the bay after I was told three times I was next. I got here at 7 it’s now 12:30am the next day still haven’t had a my inspection or oil change done. Do yourself a favor go to pilot of loves if you need any kind of PM done. Update 1am I’m in the bay waited an hour went back inside to ask what the hold up is the lady said oh everything is messed up they accidentally pulled you into the bay. This is the most incompetent unprofessional establishment I have ever visited for truck services. I diddnt even want the oil change anymore I simply needed an inspection ! This is beyond unacceptable playing with peoples shift clocks and money not everybody that comes here is a company driver and can just be all night long

Shower #1 has mold in the shower ceiling, behind the strip that is STICKING OUT on the bottom of the large mirror. Rusted as heck on the vent in the shower, dust is caked on near the lights. I had a physical reaction simply being in this shower room. I must have sneezed 🤧 over 20 times since dust mites and mold are my top 2 allergens. This needs to be ripped out and redone. Shower head base plate is not even seeded properly into the wall either. As a man that works 14 hours a day, we deserve MUCH better than this. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for letting drivers walk into that. That's a damn insult to us.

Can someone explain why the diesel for trucks is almost double the price for diesel for all other vehicles? At that point, I’d rather bobtail to the vehicle side and just get diesel there. Also since they want to steal from us, don’t pay for a reserve spot period. 6.11$ vs 3.84$ is straight robbery I’m reporting this. This can’t be legal

Their fuel is $6.119 on 11/15/2025. Flying J is $4.359. Crazy price gouging.

Stop here for 10 post trip found my mudflat was missing these guys got me in the shop repairing and replace it and fixed a light that was hanging. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here is three more stars I appreciate the help.

I stopped by to repair a wheel, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism of the work performed! Everything went great, the guys are professionals!!!

Today I was impressed this TA put money back in their facility and installed a new fuel pump
What they forgot was to label it
So unless ur A star wars jedi and can use the force to identify the pump u have to count other fuel pumps to figure it out
I took the initiative to help other drivers and help the TA and label it myself
Hopefully the TA will be more on point because the time I wasted doing this and pointing it out could have been used on my appointment deadline

The shop first if all ordered the wrong part, then when they sent someone to get the right part they didn't pick it up but got the other part they went for. Been in the bay for over 7 hours. My batteries ran down and shut my fridge off and they said they will charge $47 for 30 min to charge my batteries! This place is ran by complete incompetent people

AVOID THIS TA AT ALL COST IF YOU DONT WANT TO GO BANKRUPT!!! THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST FUEL OUT ANY TA ON 95 NORTH AN SOUTH THERE THE HIGHEST! THERE FUEL IS ALMOST AT $6.00 A GALLON RECESSION PRICES! AN ITS 2025 WE NOT IN A RECESSION! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WARNING AVOID ⚠️

Shower had no soap and they know but still offered it without notice. Who wants to walk into a shower that doesn't supply soap.
