The location provides good price and clean equipment. The staff provides excellent customer service and was very polite. The transaction was smooth and the rental was very good. The gate can walk in but need a vehicle to get out and the slide gate can trap a vehicle inside. Customers call a friend luckily to open the gate on foot. The gentleman assisted the rental and was funny. This location was the best in the Delaware Maryland area. No issues.
FANTASTIC. THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK IS A GEM. TRUCK WAS GREAT. IF I NEED TO MOVE THE BOAT AGAIN THIS IS MY RENTAL PLACE.
