The absolute worst customer service and accountability, I don’t even know how they exist as a practice. Terrible communication, no follow thru and zero concerns for how there lack of communication affects patients health. Unbelievable how terrible my experience has been.

They don’t even send appointments reminders and make you wait 3 months for an apt after waiting for an appointment for 2 months. It’s a joke I am ready to move to different doctor office. I also hate that you have to verify me by address phone number that I calling you from date of birth and my name god too many steps to verify me. Plus last time I called just for blood work after my physical you book me with a nurse practitioner and yet my doctor hasn’t seen me in years and yet when I called you want me to book an appointment to see my doctor for no reason because she wants to see me. Waste of insurance and money. No wonder why I stop seeking heath care and go to urgent care when I needed to.

The staff at this office are amazing. They are kind, understanding, and patient. Even if things seem a little hectic or they are running behind, they do their best to apologize and communicate with you. I also like the fact that everyone is very professional as well as compassionate, both which are lacking in the medical field. They truly are a diamond in the rough

Great experiences! Brittany at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind. She always goes over and beyond! I never have to wait long to be taken back and the medical assistants are kind and are always great with my daughter. I love how they have an electric white board in the rooms and they set it up to allow my daughter to play on it during my visit. I would definitely recommended this office!

This place is a joke. They rescheduled my appointments involuntary that had been in the system for three months already for their convenience and when I am 15 minutes late because I had to change my work schedule to accommodate them, they wouldn't see her because of some dumb policy. Where's the policy of taking care of sick kids and seeing them on the original day the parents are available??? The receptionist was a damn joke and acted like she didn't even feel like looking at her damn screen just to reschedule. I just told her never mind as soon as I seen the ignorant look on her face. So before I went ham on her, I just took my babies and walked out. Looking for another pediatrician. I need recommendations ASAP.

The process to schedule a follow up appointment is inefficient and concerning. I’ve reached out to schedule this and have yet to receive a callback additionally, trying to schedule an appointment with my own doctor is challenging as I was transferred to records which is a voicemail with no one available to assist. Disappointing experience.

They lost my sons daycare paperwork twice. Never called me never said anything just tried to act like I never brought them in. The long blonde hair younger girl upfront needs to be fired asap. She talks to patients like were idiots and instead of just apologizing she got an arrogant tone and make a million dumb excuses. At first I thought maybe it was just me but after reading other reviews I've learned they never never get back to anyone and the front desk girl is a nightmare for everyone to deal with.

This place is a joke. Everyone is reduced to a number and there is zero effort to make patients feel like they matter. The call center asks for more information than the social security office to verify who you are. They don’t listen to what you ask for and sound like they’re either in the bathroom taking a dump or that they are phone sex operators. GIVE US BACK OUR SMALL TOWN MEDICINE ! I want to be able to call my doctor and feel confident that my care team will take care of me. I’ve never experienced more prescription mishaps , messages that haven’t been passed, attitude etc than I have since the switch to Christiana. And that’s not even including that mess of an ‘emergency room’ you claim to have. Why on earth does some stranger I’ve never built rapport with need to know the nitty gritty details of my health issues ? Absurd. Dr. Thaneeru is the only reason I stay. It’s a shame her patients are given subpar service, when her care is exceptional.

I DO NOT recommend this office. I had an issue and called for months & no one called me back! For months! Also I was told to get tests done that weren’t covered by my insurance. Huge bill & they did nothing. I will Not return.

You cannot speak with your doctor directly. You go through an answering service & the doc is supposed to call you back. I waited a week to get a call back about my blood work. It was a medical assistant who called me reading the results I could see online. Unacceptable.

After having my appointment set for 3 months, my appointment time was changed in the past two weeks without me knowing. I must have accidentally confirmed my appt through text without realizing the time change in it.I didn’t realize I was now late to my new appointment time until I was filling out my preappointment forms while pumping gas halfway into my 45 min drive. I immediately called the office to apologize and let them know that I would be 20 min late, to which a very nice woman on the phone let me know that it would be up to the Doctor if she still wanted to see me or not. I said “okay” and still headed there considering I had already driven halfway, and it wouldn’t hurt to see if I could wait for a cancellation. When I got to the desk, I explained to a brown haired middle aged woman that I missed my appointment due to not realizing I had my appointment changed and understood if I couldn’t be seen. -To which a younger blonde haired woman cut me off to use a baby voice to tell me she actually called me yesterday to leave me a voicemail to make me aware.(like I was lying to her or something?) I have never had a professional use such a condescending tone with me completely unprovoked like that before. Shocked, I pulled up my missed calls and voicemails…and I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemails from her.I kinda just turned my attention back to the woman I was speaking to before. She let me know that I would have to reschedule unfortunately for a few months from now and helped me make a new appointment.I have no issue with the fact that I couldn’t be seen today due to a missed detail on my part. I clicked to confirm this appointment with the new time. Such is life. However I do have an issue with the young blonde woman who thought it would be appropriate to speak to me in a mocking voice like I was 6 in front of a waiting room of people. Especially when I didn’t demand to be seen or speak to anyone in a manner that would warrant that response.Reading all of these reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one who has had this experience.I was willing to drive 45 min to this office to see a Doctor I love and trust. Safe to say I won’t be coming back if I can find a new doc and cancel the new appointment I made. Someone really needs to do some management over the staff. I am a nurse and would be BAFFLED if one of my coworkers spoke to a patient this way. Do better or hire better.

First, let me preface by saying that the actual doctors, physicians, and NPs have all met expectations. But that is the only positive I have seen with this office, and it is not enough to drag up the abysmal service and support of the rest of the practice. In regards to the actual physicians seeing patients, it seems like there is a LOT of turnover, so be prepared to either move offices to follow your PCP, or get used to hearing new names every time you need a visit. This is extremely frustrating for my situation, but may be a non-issue for others. The biggest issue is the rest of the staff. The seemingly favorite tactic of the reception team is to say that they will pass along a message and you will receive a call back, but then you don't. This is true for everything from getting prescription refills to receiving paperwork to scheduling appointments. In my latest encounter with the office, I had to call 5 times over 2 days to get a question resolved. I was told twice that it would be made a high priority and receive a call back. I was even told that they had 24 hours to respond to my concern, but they don't seem to care or abide by this policy. When I finally did manage to talk to someone who may be able to help me, she didn't know why I hadn't gotten a call back or why I was told I could schedule an appointment a certain way and it must be because whoever scheduled the appointment didn't know the policy. That is a lot of saying, "I don't know," for someone who is supposedly responsible for calling patients to discuss these questions. The kicker was when she blamed me for holding her up from doing her job, even though I'd been placed on hold for over 30 minutes total at that point to try to resolve an issue. The blatant disrespect and lack of communication here is unacceptable. It is a problem when I have to be the one to follow-up and push the office staff to do their jobs. If you visit this office, be prepared to become an unpaid intern and do their jobs for them.

Stay away. If you’re a patient here it is time to look for a new doctor. And if you’re looking for a new pcp keep looking. There are plenty of women to answer your calls, but that is where their helpfulness to you ends. It is hard to imagine a doctors office not trying to help you. And that is what this entire building has done. If anyone sees this warning and cares about their loved ones. Please run far away from these people and their negligence and laziness.

Got me in on a same day appointment, parking is pretty weird though, make sure you park in the garage next to the Elkton campus for Cecil and leave out the back for the office. Most of the primary care stuff is on the third floor as well. Elevators are in the middle of the hallway if you hate stairs like I do
