“Nice space for a small event (50ish people). If you're a resident of Brookside rates are AM - 3PM $250, after 3PM the rates are $400. Bathrooms are clean, they provide tables, chairs, access to fridge, nice yard and plenty of parking. You can bring your own food, drinks and even a grill. Included in the $400 afternoon rates you get a security guard.”

“We rented the beautiful barn every Sunday for nearly 3 years for our Church services! Ann was such a gracious host, and practically became part of our church family. We never had an issue with booking, and she always considered our needs from week to week. Several members of our church have rented the space for parties, weddings, and other events. It truly is a unique place with an amazing experience. Thank you Ann for having us and blessing us so generously!”
