I went there for pre op testing and was somewhat frustrated by the amount of time I had to wait to see the doctor, but Dr. Gault was so lovely and sweet (and apologetic) that I couldn’t really be upset. Other staff was able to complete my required EKG and bloodwork, but Dr. Gault was very thorough and spent time talking to me and explaining things carefully and compassionately. They seemed a bit short-staffed, but they were all very kind and professional. I would go there again.

Great practice but the phlebotomist here is honestly the reason I go here. Everyone is wonderful there but this guy is highly skilled. I’ve had horrible experiences with bloodwork but this man is the best I’ve ever experienced. He is gentle, kind and just extremely good at what he does. I won’t go anywhere else.

AllCare is now my urgent care of choice. Easy to make same day appt which I recommend making an appt. Usually on time and in and out with accurate diagnosis and great care. Sends results to my PCP. Definitely recommend. I particularly like the location in Ellicott city

A very unprofessionally managed facility as we made an appointment online and also spoke to their agent most probably in Philippines and told her twice that we have Medicaid insurance which is through Carefirst blue cross blue shield and both times she confirmed that they accept and we went on for the appointment AND THEN when we arrived at the facility we were told that they don’t accept the insurance.It was really harassing and embarrassing for us.

Just had a really unfortunate experience here which is a bummer because I’ve had great experiences at the all care in Columbia.Had an appt, went in for a sore throat, got tested for covid/strep. Not sure if it’s protocol post covid but the doctor didnt even look in my throat. Anyway, I waited over a half hour for the results and no one came back to my room. Ended up getting the results sent to my phone and when I went out to the reception for an update, he said he’d check with the doctor, then he came back and told me I was good to leave. No one came to deliver the diagnosis…I honestly think they forgot about me because it was late. Extremely unprofessional and what’s sad is I probably needed something prescription strength for my cough but I wasn’t able to discuss that with the doctor because I never saw her after our initial conversation. Won’t be coming back here :(

Usually urgent cares feel very impersonal, like the doctors are just trying to get through the patients and get them out. I’ve twice had very positive experiences here with Dr. Potti. She is empathetic, takes her time, and really cares. I’m thankful for her wonderful care!

They billed me for 54 dollars for a service charge for "weekends, after hours, or holidays" and expected either my insurance or me to pay for it. My appointment was around 6pm on a Wednesday on 7/5 when their office hours has always been 8am-8pm on weekdays. Their billing department could not come up with a reason for this charge when I called them but they are not taking it off. Everyone needs to be careful with a sneaky charge like this from this practice because they did not tell me before or at the time of this appointment. I only found out after my health insurance declined to cover this charge and they sent me a bill two months later.

I walked in with blood running down my face from a head injury this weekend, and the front desk woman immediately shook her head at me, said "not here.", and looked back down at her computer. I had to ask follow up questions to get information on somewhere else to get "immediate" care. She didn't greet me or offer any empathetic words; another male nurse stepped up to make recommendations for someplace else I could go. I understand if they don't treat some kinds of injuries, but that is no excuse for such poor care and support for people having medical emergencies. Do not go here!!!

Incredible staff, clean facility, never feel like a bother.. do have issues with their portal occasionally but could be user error ? Dr.Potti Is always amazing.. addresses every single concern entirely.. extremely thorough.
