If it is possible to give no stars, I will give zero.Rude behavior and bad attitude. I have never seen a bank employee complete part of the customer's business, but tell the customer that the rest of the unfinished business needs to be booked separately. It's a ridiculous way of working. When asked to explain why Finally, he pointed at the customer and said: You don’t need to come to our bank to do business. He said to drive away customers. Is this an employee hired by Bank of America? It seems to be in a state of no management. This is 3/11 /2023's experience in this organization. Of course, only the enthusiasm of the welcoming staff, and the working attitude of other staff...very irresponsible and perfunctory. How can such an experience be evaluated? This incident happened 8 months ago. Maybe the managing manager is on vacation.

My parents visited this location to open an account and was greeted by Mr. McCormick. They are not fluent in English so there was a communication barrier between them. Despite this, he was very understanding. He was patient and made everything much easier for them which they were greatly appreciative of!

Bank will charge me for things twice. Send money to my dad then a week later that same money leaves my account again.Update: the credit card ive been waiting for got delivered to a different address and they told me the wrong information. Been waiting for weeks. The incompetence is amazing at this location. Absolute morons

Not enough staff so almost always a long line, and very very poor customer service. I experience this over 4 years when ever I go to this branch.I spoke to branch manager about it around 2 years ago but still see same poor customer service.

BOA is the worst bank relating to the customer services in the US. You would find long lines of customers waiting for a teller to get help. Teller would tell you off for not adding address and date on deposit slip. A long delay to get an appointment with a banker. Last Saturday, I was in a line of 30 people standing at outside Hyattsville branch. No one opened the door for customer and the door did not even have a sign that branch would remain closed. Such a disgrace from a bank, never seen before in my life. I am not sure why small business or regular individual should keep an account in this bank. I have switched.

The associate we worked with was very nice and helpful, so that's great. He did suggest I get a credit card (something other reviews have complained about), but wasn't overly pushy when I showed limited interest (although did put something related to it in my online shopping cart). However, one frustrating issue is that there is no sign in sheet for customers who want to see an associate. That is an unforced error, leads to confusion as soon as there are a significant number of people in the poorly configured lobby area, and would be trivial to fix. Overall, I would return to the branch, but hope they get the very front end of customer service worked out.

Ms. Joan David goes out of her way to help the customer. She is been the relationship manager for us for quite sometime and everytime she is just better than before. I have worked with all staff, they are all good including the branch manager Ms. Pat. This is going to be my primary bank.

This place is ok for teller services but the associate that I had an appointment was absolutely terrible. I went in for something else but they kept on pressuring me on opening a credit card despite the fact that I rejected them MULTIPLE TIMES. And when I told them that my reason is that opening a new credit card will impact my credit negatively, they refuted my statement and had that condescending, sh*teating grin on their face, again and again, pressuring me to sign up for their credit card while telling me that what I told him is wrong (which it isn’t, opening a credit card is a hard credit inquiry that damages your credit score). Never again, and I think I am closing all my accounts with this bank and switching to something else.
