I took out a loan and not only were the first two sets of paperwork incorrect, but one of the checks sent by the bank to my credit card was sent with the wrong information so my account was not paid off. I continue to receive billing statements. When I asked the bank to fix the situation, I was told I could call the credit card's customer service line and try to work it out for myself. I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Worst customer service for business. Whenever i go for to get change, they give me issues. I would not suggest opening an account with them. Mike is very rude when dealing with customers.

Very disappointed! Anna Mae was not very helpful. We made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. today. They shared with us that we did not make an appointment and if we did it had to be with another branch. I shared with them that I made an appointment for tomorrow as well at 10:00 a.m. and they said no I did not. They were not accommodating in any way. We have done business with many banks over the years and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. Since leaving there in the last 15 minutes we visited two other banks close by and have received 1000% better customer service.

I have banked here since I was practically a kid and have never had anything but good experiences. Their customer service is exceptional. Mike and Lela went above and beyond to help me with a document that I had requested. They didn't have to do this for me but they took the time to assist me anyway and get me exactly what I needed. I've bothered Mike quite a few times over the course of the last couple of weeks and he was nothing but friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to both of them and all of the other employees at this location!I've also had issues in the past with my card information being stolen and my card was shut down immediately and any money (though it was very insubstantial) was returned to me right away. This saved me the headache and lost money that I've personally seen so many others have to go through when their bank is not willing to help that customer nor return the money back that was stolen from them.Wonderful service!

Stay away from this bank for any product especially mortgages. We used brooks grasso for our mortgage. It was the worst experience of my life. He stole money from us in the form made up fees that we later found were totally bogus. He will rob, lie and steal to make money for him self Stay away!!!

This location is super convenient, right on Baltimore National Pike off Route 40! My experience at The Columbia Bank was extremely positive. I opened a Simply Checking checking account (no minimum required!), an American Express credit card, and a high-yield 30-month Certificate of Deposit because of a unbeatable promotion that they ran in April 2018. I've returned a few times since then, including once when I could not remember my online password. The employee who assisted me in setting up my online account was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was encouraged to download the mobile app, which is also useful, works well, and is fairly fast in logging in and processing transactions including mobile deposits. It also has the Touch ID feature so I don't have to type in my user name and password every time I want to access my accounts through the app. Based on my recent visits, I would return to this branch for future banking needs.
