I picked up a prescription for PAXLOVID on 12/24/23. When I got home and read the VERY UNCLEAR dosing instructions, I called the pharmacy to get clarification on what "TAKE 2 TABLETS AND TAKE 1 TABLET BY MOUTH TWICE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS" meant. I was placed on hold for a total of 45 minutes before hanging up in frustration. I also sent a message via FB messenger for clarification and never got that explanation. Still don't know what that means. Why do you only have one 24-hour pharmacy open and only one clerk to handle an extremely busy pharmacy?

Very poor customer service. Long wait times even with an appointment. GO ELSEWHERE FOR VACCINES!!!

The wait times here are ridiculous. There is almost always a line. The clerks are harassed and clearly unhappy.

This location is the worst! Their pharmacy is always out of meds, their techs have made so many mistakes with my prescriptions and one prescription in particular is very expensive. They failed to order my meds and my coupon code ran out in the middle of their fumble and cost me $$$. Complained to Pharmacy manager Alisa and she promised a call to me from regional manager..,. Never got it...,. Avoid this location if you can!

I waited through line to pick up a prescription. I was told theres an insurrance issue. Waited through another line to try and figure this out and was then told that it was not an insurrance issue but that the prescription was not available. So very frustrating. No convenience, value or service

Passed by this CVS and wanted to pick fre stuff and medicine . Nice location and good parking facilities ... nicely organized and easy to find medicines ... service could be better .. can be better with their billing ... apart from medicines , they had good offers on few other things - like beach chairs etc .. we got one and it was good ... food items were really expensive . Wouldn't buy food or drinks here . Overall an average experience...

Had no problems coming here. I always go inside and was told this is one of the busiest CVSs in the area. Considering this they do a good job.

The CVS on Centennial Lane sucks. They say they close from 130 to 2 but you get there five minutes before 130 and they won't take you even though they have an open cashier they said your transaction will take too long which they don't even know what your transaction is. They never have your prescription on time the rude I dread going to pick up my prescription every time and will be transferring my prescription elsewhere.

So I walked into CVS, to see about getting some medicine for my congestion and wheezing. I tried to use their terrible sign in service at the front desk. It asked me if I wanted other vaccinations. I replied yes, might as well get a flu shot and a covid booster while I am there. Once the nurse finally helped with the sign in. I told her there was no category to address my congestion issue. She replied I needed another appointment. I said I just signed in and she replied you will have to make yet another appointment. I signed back into their kiosk, and the system said you cannot schedule an appointment because they are overbooked. I told the nurse that I already signed in and have an appointment and that I just wanted medicine for my congestion. She told me to address the congestion issue that I would have to come back several days later or go across the street to an emergency facility to get it addressed. I told her that was ridiculous and walked out.This was during a period where I was the next customer to be seen for the vaccinations, however, they would not address my congestion without another appointment.The CVS sign in system was terrible. It has a terrible finger touch screen that has terrible tactile touch. It has a terrible menu system that is hard to digest and understand. I am in the tech industry and this is definitely not a user friendly system. Nevertheless, now you can see why I gave this rating and will not go to CVS for these types of services again.

Kim in the Pharmacy not only answered the phone when I called, but looked to see if the Good Rx program would apply as I'm waiting for COBRA benefits. Kim quickly settled the matter. She was very nice throughout the call.
