“Very nice music store with a variety of musical instruments, audio equipment, instrument rentals, training materials, and much more! There were plenty of friendly sales associates who were available to answer any questions you had. Having played trombone for decades, it was nice to meet people who were knowledgeable about their products offerings and the different brands of instruments. This is very beneficial for the parent who is looking to rent an instrument for their child and for the seasoned musician who just wants to know about features and upcoming sales. It is a rather sizeable store so I'm sure they have a service department which can be very important to a performing musician! Dedicated parking is somewhat limited, but there were areas on the street if needed. A very clean store and friendly atmosphere. I just stumbled upon it on an afternoon drive. I would go back and recommend supporting this local music business!”

“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) Go with repair people with long and broad experience -- truly nice and well-meaning people. You won't be treated like a number.”

“I needed a faster laptop for my new job, but I didn't want to spend money buying a new one. I took a laptop I had laying around for years, I couldn't remember the password to get in it, so I took it to DSR Inc., and Brandon was the Tech who serviced me. He was able to get in the laptop, put in a new battery and increase the RAM to 16. He got it work ready and finished the job in a few days (waiting for the battery to come in). He was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me. This is the second laptop I've taken to DSR to fix and I've been extremely satisfied both times. They are fair priced and do quality work. The service I received from Brandon was very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back to DSR for all my laptop needs.
