Called for a simple question and the lady on the phone was not nice. Requested information if they sold breast pumps and processed through the insurance company and she kept saying “not sure what you mean”. I rephrased my question and she then asked me for my insurance company which I provided and still she kept saying she didn’t understand what was I saying. There is no language barrier so I decided to take my business elsewhere. If that is how you treat people on the phone I certainly don’t want to purchase anything here.

Diane of EM is very blessed, as she serves the puiblic with a quiver of knowledge, kindness and public service. I am totally thankful of the reference to EM for my blood pressure kit she sold me and took to USPS to get it to me overnight. Very kind woman, so I call her Queen of the Quivers. I called several times, and no one picked up the phone. When I took my lunch break to go check, they did not have the items I needed nor could they bill to insurance. I would have known all of that if they had picked up the phone.

I went there for the first time today. The store is very clean and well stocked. The sales representative was an absolute delight. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. I purchased a portable toilet which came fully assembled for my client. The price was perfect. I'll return there for medical purchases for my mother.

A new establishment in the Enchanted Forest shopping center. Had opportunity to shop there twice. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.
