“I have been doing this for over 30 years with literally dozens of MDs - but none seem to have the necessary attention to details that NP Ijoma bestows upon each of her patients. Maybe it's the insurance money that are the primary reason for doctors and clinics to operate and provide their services (BTW this clinic billed my insurance much less than by a standard MD practice) - but the fact remains - if you DON'T have a serious health issue that requires immediate attention - Family Health Connections may be a better choice than an MD - half of whom, again, given past 30 years of experiences, are absolutley incompetent and in most cases, emotionally distanced and completley unempathetic to their patient's issues.”

The staff is very pleasant and I don’t feel rushed. My online lab results were accompanied by a prompt note from my provider that answered the question I was going to ask before I asked it.”

“In Dr. Diener's absence, I was given a same-day appointment to be seen by Jennifer Case before a long holiday weekend. Mrs. Case was very attentive in hearing my problems with a worsening summer cold. She clearly explained my medical condition and prescribed medication which began to show positive results quickly. Thank you to Mrs. Case and MPCP for seeing me so quickly and helpfully.”
“I'm not sure Mr. Volker (the Nurse Practitioner here) gets the kudos he deserves based off of all of these other reviews. Mr. Volker has been phenomenal since I started my care here earlier this year. He always has time for me, listens intently and completely to my issues, and always has some sort of relief or solution for me. This isn't even to mention how attentive he is on the MPCP portal (which is amazing, btw). He always responds usually within 24 hrs if it's not a weekend (and sometimes on weekends!) and is always ready with the highest possible medical care he can provide. Mr. Volker is the real MVP (along with the front staff) at MPCP. Thank you for all you do.”

“I really like the doctors here , I don’t trust any other practice , ever since my son was turned away at another practice when his breathing level was low, these doctors take their time and really answer all you questions . I dunno why there are so many bad reviews , that is not my experience . The only thing I agree with most of the reviews here . Is the front desk person , she is not nice almost has that attitude of “why are u here”. She isn’t very pleasant to talk to. Last time I was there I walked in she didn’t seem happy kinda gave me a look , when I told her I was here to pick up a paper she seemed at bit brighter maybe cause she thought she didn’t have to deal with me further lol But I try to look past that since the doctors here are great.”

“I went there for pre op testing and was somewhat frustrated by the amount of time I had to wait to see the doctor, but Dr. Gault was so lovely and sweet (and apologetic) that I couldn’t really be upset. Other staff was able to complete my required EKG and bloodwork, but Dr. Gault was very thorough and spent time talking to me and explaining things carefully and compassionately. They seemed a bit short-staffed, but they were all very kind and professional. I would go there again.”
