I showed up this morning at 8 AM for fingerprinting and photos only to find out that they no longer do passport photographs despite the service still being listed on the front page of their website. Very disappointing as I picked this business and drove out of my way *specifically* to avoid having to visit multiple locations.Update your website folks.

Whoever just answered the phone and answered my questions, seems like she doesn't have good customer service. As a business owner myself, I believe customer service should always be top tier, to get potential return customers. We all know word of mouth is powerful.
