Don't bring your car here, they'll take out a lot of broken parts etc. to get extra money from the insurance. I don't recommend it, stay away from here.

Gerber Collision off of Balto National Pike has tremendous customer service. Several years ago, they did a great job with the body work on my Acura. Just yesterday, I stopped by for an assessment of damage to my new car. Kim, the General Manager, spent a good bit of time walking through options for me to save money and keep from filing an insurance claim. She had her team buff paint to my front quarter panel and bumper at no charge! The work looks great and it saved me thousands. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.

This is a very dishonest company. The only reason I went there was because my insurance sent me. They’ll take advantage of your insurance, charging around $2,000 for even the tiniest or barely visible scratch. Your car will be stuck there forever, and the quality of their work is poor. Be warned—avoid this place if you can.

Customer service was pretty good! Kept me informed , the work on my car seems like they did an ok job! But! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place! They kept my car longer than expected, someone was vaping and smoking cigarettes in my car! We found the vape and they admitted it was theirs!!! They knew what they did and offered to detail my car. I took my car there 8:30 in the morning , received it back at 3:30 in the afternoon and the car is the exact same. Spoke to the manager she was no help and rude! I wish I could give me no stars! She was probably the smoker in my car as she sounds like she smokes tons of cigarettes! A person who do not smoke cigarettes can tell when someone has been smoking cigarettes, the scent is very heavy in my car! There is a huge difference with cigarette smoke!’

Sadly, we've had to be Gerber Collision customers far more often that we would've liked, but their service is always great and the repairs they've done are top notch. I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, but if the need arises, this is the first place we'll come.

Don't go to this place, you'll be happier elsewhere!
I noticed loose installation of door trim, new paint chips were painted on the hood, clear coat on front quarter panel of other side was sanded off, dirt was painted on the door jamb, sanding dust everywhere and very ugly application of tire shine when I went to pick up after receiving their phone call telling me their QUALITY INSPECTION is complete and ready for pick up.
Sent the car back in for repair their mess up, another 2 days waiting....those issues were repaired but sanding dust under the hood and inside of the car was not cleaned and also noticed my brake was very sensitive which originally had no issues with.
Long story short, I had to clean sanding dust for couple hours and schedule for brake repair with someone else because they refused to do so.

Customer service was very communicative and diligently updated the status of repair. Although it took a while, customer service quality speaks for the time period. Car was cleaned inside out as well, very unexpected. However, I was upset my car was returned with dents and scratches that were not there (I hand wash and coat my car twice a month so I have seen all dents and scratches). Make sure to take full pictures and videos before you leave your car with them (exterior and interior).

On December 19th, my car was stolen overnight from this Gerber location on route 40From the police report- there were no signs of forced entry, suggesting that the garage was either left unlocked or easily accessible. In addition, their cameras were not in working use at the time.My car wasn't the only vehicle stolen that night, in addition to handfuls of other customers keys.Despite having no control over their security or lack there of, I was still held liable for them allowing my car to be stolen. Gerber did absolutely nothing to even attempt to remedy the situation other than say sorry when they initially called to tell me my car was stolen. I'd advise anyone to think twice about using this location specifically

I have taken my 2 Honda CRVs to the Ellicott City location in MD on a few occasions. Each time I've been here the staff has been professional and courteous. I've always been happy with how my car looks after each repair. After one repair, I noticed there was an issue with a piece of molding. I took the car back and they fixed it within the hour. Couldn't be more pleased with this place.
