Even if your insurance company advises you against it, don't take it to the insurance company. They exaggerate the damage to get more money from the insurance companies. They'll even claim parts that aren't actually broken are broken to get more money from the insurance companies. Their workmanship is terrible, and they don't care. Insurance companies need to be very wary of this company; they'll do anything to get more money. Don't take your car to the insurance company; I don't recommend it. (—0 Star)

Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!

I was rear ended and needed an auto body repair shop. Gerber Collision on Ellicott Center Drive, was on their insurance company’s list of shops. From the minute I walked into the office to when I picked up my car, the service was amazing. You hope to never need a body shop but if you do, go here. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. They even called the car rental company to have me picked up. The estimator, Ian was friendly, informative and helpful. He answered all my questions. His estimate was fair and close to the actual cost. He kept me updated throughout the process. The work was professionally done. I am shocked by how they were able to match my paint perfectly. My car is 11 years old. I thought it would be two toned but you can’t even tell it was ever wrecked. A pluses for everyone. I will definitely be referring everyone to Gerber Collision & Glass on Ellicott Center Drive, Ellicott City.

Ian was very professional and informative during my repair. He provided great service was very personable. The car was delivered earlier than expected and I was kept informed every step of the way. The additional car wash was a nice touch.

The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly and kept me well-informed about my truck every week. The work on my truck was flawless, and I got it back days earlier than expected. They even took care of returning my rental, which was a big help. When I received my truck, I was absolutely thrilled.

I am so very thankful that I selected this location to take care of my bodywork or my Honda CRV. The staff was exceptional when it come to trying to accommodate a person‘s needs. My car is equipped with Mobility equipment that I need to get around so renting a car was really not an option for me and I explained to them that I desperately needed my car back for a doctors appointment that I had no way to get to there. I spoke Kim and she said she would do her best to make it happen I really didn’t think that it would happen but when I received that call this morning telling me that my vehicle was ready, I was beside myself with gratitude. Hopefully, I won’t need this services anymore but if I ever do, that will definitely be the place that I go back to again

If you want to wait 3 months for your car go there !!… finally after 3 months waiting tell me my car is total !!??..please avoid this place care only about money first customers last !!!
