No reason for the Donations process to take so much of my Saturday! The worst! Fix this or shut down immediately!

No bathrooms and no dressing rooms. Not even mirrors. It’s like they don’t actually want people to shop here. They also have no bags for purchases made. Shopping experience has absolutely gone down the drain. Will never shop here or donate here.

The prices they have on their items are exorbitant. I found a used green puffer coat for $30. The coat was not some fancy name brand. It was just a coat. We are in the off-season, and that coat was donated for free. Everywhere you look in the store, the items are crazily overpriced for being used and donated. The dressing rooms are still closed, and they only accept returns for 7 days after purchase for clothing. I've had employees give me store credit, but when a manager is there, I have been given my money back.
They have a staff filled with young adults/teenagers who pick through the clothing while sorting to set aside items for themselves. I cannot in good conscious recommend this place for donations or shopping. You are better off going down the road to Uptown Cheapskate. They are more organized, have open dressing rooms, and give store credit or cash for donated clothing. Their prices are more reasonable and their staff are always friendly.

I don’t think I’ve ever met a bigger jerk in my life than one of the gentleman who were working there on March 20th. I was there last week & dropped off several items with no problem. Today, I brought several things and started with a box of clothes and toys. The guy said they were not taking toys and other items I had in the box, so I had to take items out of the box and sort thru what to give. Second guy, big jerk, starts yelling for me not hurry up and not sort thru items. First guy explains that it was he who requested I sort thru items. Big jerk doesn’t care, is still yelling for me to hurry up. I’m moving very fast & ask big jerk what he would like for me to do. Totally ignores me & starts helping someone else. WHAT A TOTAL JERK! I will never go there again, and a warning for anyone who does go there.

Some good finds but it was very sparse. They had furniture, clothes, a few books, games, housewares, accessories, and shoes. There wasn’t a huge selection especially for men’s clothes. I typically go to Savers in Towson which is much better but wanted to try this. It was fine.

What a dirty, unorganized disappointment. I've come a few times now hoping last time was just an off day, but no. This place is disgusting constantly and on top of that it has the worst selection of any thrift store I've ever been too.

I'm not understanding what the pricing centers are thinking. $20 for an ugly Christmas sweater? Same vases different prices? While I was there a lady who worked there was literally throwing things in a shopping cart. Not sure if it was broken or been sitting on the shelves to long. The clothes here are ridiculously high. Go to Walmart for the same proce or cheaper. It's not worth it.
