It would be very helpful to mention in your webpage that you are closed on a specific day. As well as leave a message on a phone message. I both checked online and called before i drove to your shop and there is a sign that you are closed until monday june 26, 2023.

My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.

I had a problem with a laptop a few years ago and these guys fixed it at a reasonable price. So I recently had a problem with my desktop. It turns out that it was entirely my error. They called me, told me the problem was resolved and charged my nothing. Definitely have my business.

If you want excellent computer repair and advice on upgrades I've found this place to be excellent. I've been coming here for years,a d have bought a couple of computers from them. They have always been fair and explained things to me. I don't feel like they're trying to sell me on something I don't need. Service is always polite and with a very quick turnaround. I'll keep coming here and recommending them. It's nice to have this kind of computer expertise in the area. I want them to stay around, please check them out . I am just a happy customer, no one at the business asked me to write this.

My laptop's wifi was malfunctioning. After attempting to troubleshoot it myself, I gave up and decided to let a professional handle it and holy smokes did they do a stand up job!I dropped the laptop off before I went shopping. By the time I finished unloading my bags at home, I got a callback from Cameron with a (free) diagnosis of the issue, a fix, and a quote. They said they not only had a replacement for my laptop's wifi card, but found out the laptop had a lot of debris in its vents which affected its cooling capabilities, and that the thermal paste had turned into thermal dust and was in desperate need of a change.They said they'd have it fixed in 30 minutes. Done and done.Thanks again Cameron for the exceptional service, fair price, and speedy fix!

I went to Hackers Ink with an iPhone 6s Plus that needed a new battery. Cameron was my technician. They to order the battery in and while communication could have been a little better (they held my phone for a full week while they waited for the battery to arrive, apparently the delivery had been delayed multiple times), Cameron was extremely professional and did an exceptional job repairing my phone. He apologized for the long wait and described in great detail what was wrong with the phone, what he did to fix it, and answered any questions I had. Hackers Ink can’t control when their deliveries arrive, especially during times of Covid. They’ll always be my go-to for any and all tech repair!

My laptop issue was quickly diagnosed. The part had to be ordered. When it arrived, the vendor sent the wrong part. Hackers Inc reordered the correct part with expedited delivery, even though that was not necessary for me. Once the correct part arrived, the repair was completed while I waited...not more than 10 min.Hackers Inc is a well run shop. Cameron treated me professionally and was exceptionally responsive. He regularly kept me up to date on the status of my computer and part. This is the second time I have used them and my first experience was just as good.

OK I have been to Hackers Ink three times for different reasons and i was amazed there were any negative reviews on yelp when i went to post this review today. I started using them as i try when possible to Support small businesses as opposed to big commercial operations. I have dealt with Eric as well as his wife and employees and in each case repairs were handled fast on time and inexpensively. I noted the comments about kids being there...Eric does run a program that teaches children about computer repairs. ( i think its free or not expensive?) He seems to be genuinely interested in giving back to the community. The one time I went in and his young son was sitting at the counter he quite professionally checked me in. What a great experience for a youngster! Cudos - to a self employed dad that can still share time with his sons. All positive experiences. Every time.
