We moved here from Germany in 2012. My brother-in-law made contact with John via the KW network and put the two of us in touch. I started working with John even before moving over here that summer. As soon as we arrived, John worked with us very closely and listened to all our needs, wishes and desires and did his best to meet all of them. He was very knowledgeable of the region, home purchasing, home financing and what to look for in a home, was very kind and professional. He never tried to over-sell us either. He had very sound and pragmatic advice on selecting a home, and was realistic with the price negotiations. I highly recommend John Hallis and his real estate group. You'll be very happy that you chose him. Please note, we bought our house in 2012 during a buyer's market, we were first-time home buyers.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Steve Blevins. I would not recommend this realtor at all. He was unorganized, disinterested in anything other than collecting application fees, acted deceitfully and should be reported for lack of ethics to the state realtors association. Keller Williams seems to be a great Realtor organization, I just wish you all better luck in not having your dream home be managed by this individual
