I had my rugs cleaned by this company, and I'm extremely impressed with the results. The colors are vibrant again, and the rugs feel soft and clean. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Jerome. He was meticulous, and if there was anything we wanted to have double checked, he went back and made sure it was clean. We will definitely be using Hippo Carpet cleaning again. 5/5!

Jerome worked hard and generally removed the many stains. I would hire him again for his efforts and professionalism. The 4 stars is because this was the 4th time the company scheduled an appointment before any work was completed. That was frustrating.
