Family visiting asked to stop by kohl's since they normally have good experience at their local kohls out of state. They found items on racks that stated they were on sale, however when rung up unfortunately did not honor sale on signs even with management notified. I later called to share my experience and that my family was so unhappy compared to their experience back home with kohls being organized and providing great customer service in their state. Instead I was asked if I took a picture of the signs. I explained that I've never felt like I had to take pictures of signs while at the stores and this is not a response I expected ( this is why most people now shopping online instead) where the price is not misleading and you don't have to waste your time standing in line only to feel misled and disappointed in the service!

Thank you very much for inviting us to provide the feedback information on the services we have received at the Kohl’s store located at Ellicott City, MD 21043.We, Jinyu Ning (wife) and Guangming Zhang (husband) have been loyal customers with the Kohl’s for many years. This store located in Ellicott City, MD 21043 is of the best stores. All the staff members work hard for the customers and provide the customers with excellent service.It is the Holiday Season. We went to this store for our holiday shopping on 10-13-2023. It was our second trip to Kohl’s. Our plan was to prepare three packages of Christmas gifts for our children and grand-children. We were so happy that most of the items listed on the three (3) Gift lists were available on this Kohl’s store. There was a long queue in the payment area. We were patiently waiting for calling. We were so happy that Ms. Alberto, a female staff, helped us. As we had three (3) shopping carts, Ms. Alberto was very kind with us while checking each item. She worked really hard because the total number of the items we had purchased was close to 30. When we showed her the coupon on our cell phone, she performed the discounts accurately to make sure we were happy with what we had bought because we paid the prices as we expected. We thank Ms. Alberto very, very much!We also thank the management people in this Kohl’s store. Tonya was a very friendly and pleasant cashier. She was patient and helpful while I searched through my emails for my coupon. The store manager was also very engaging with all of the customers. Thank you for making it a nice shopping experience during a very busy time of year!

I went into the store today and asked an employee where can I find the long sleeve button down the front dress shirts. She pointed me in the direction of the women's dresses instead. Judging by her heavy accent I take it that English is not her preferred language.

I visited ellicott city store to return wrongly delivered item from the online order and had to wait almost an hour to return this item. The store manager try to only refund partial amount for the purchase even though I paid full price for the item. Only after confrontation with manager, I was able to get cash refund instead kohl's cash she offered. I am not going to this store anymore because management is lacking in customer service and confidence in understanding what need to be done when problem occurs.

Outstanding customer service, great sales! Khols cash ? is awesome!! Shout out to Judy supervisor, Laura my salesperson, Shakera from customer service and Nichole cashier. All of them were so nice to me. I love shopping there and I saved my bucks for something else.Thank you Khols you are the best!!!❤️

Poor customer service experienceI've been a shopper at this store for over four years, and my experience had always been quite positive until a recent encounter. I purchased items for my daughter just before the school year began, but a few days later, I realized that two items that I bought for myself, when combined, seemed pricier than expected. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of waiting until the final day of the return period due to personal reasons.Upon reaching the counter, they couldn't match the barcode of the items I wanted to return, and the refund amount was lower than anticipated. The cashier suggested that these items might be something else, perhaps adult apparel, and they were unable to retrieve an image from their system for verification. However, I am completely certain that I had purchased children's items and two tops for myself. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation and clarify that I was charged for items I didn't purchase, the manager on duty seemed disinterested in understanding or assisting.I informed the manager of my intention to escalate the issue to customer care, but he remained unresponsive. Unfortunately, my call to customer care was unproductive due to the nature of the in-store purchase. Instead, I was informed that the two items appeared to be Capri pants in size 10. Strangely, I didn't buy them, and I distinctly remember asking for a price check, but I never finalized the purchase. It's possible that they forgot to remove it from my bill after I declined. I called the store again and was directed back to the same manager, he appeared unhelpful again, even claiming to recall our prior conversation, which left me feeling as if he was intentionally ignoring my concerns.To make matters more challenging, they were unable to provide a resolution due to the inability to access old in-store video recordings. While I would have accepted the situation if a refund couldn't be issued, what truly disappointed me was the absence of empathy and an apology for the inconvenience caused. This experience has seriously dented my perception of their customer service and I think I'm done with Kohls .

Nada really helped me make my experience at this Sephora perfect! She got my foundation shade just right and answered all my questions!! I felt very welcome because of her and I think every Sephora needs a NADA.

Lack of sales associates to answer questions and check out was slow due to lack of cashiers. Cashier was abrupt and not friendly at all. Poor English skills

Kohl’s no longer has the good jewelry department anymore. It has been replaced by Sephora. It also no longer has the curtains and drapery department not happy.

I want to extend my gratitude to Morgan in the Sephora store at the Ellicott City MD store - 0264. I needed assistance with finding the right Clinique blush for my skin tone. Not only did Morgan go and help me by visually determining which could be the best match, she also helped me out further by applying it. She even took time to give me tips that she uses when applying blush. Morgan exemplifies all the hallmarks of what excellent customer service looks like! She is a credit to your store!!!

Whenever I visit Sephora at Kohls in Ellicott City, MD, I am fortunate to have Iram, sales associate, to greet me by my first name. Her customer service, knowledge of products along with her super personality has me coming to this store instead of other Sephoras. She is truly an asset to your company and I hope you will recognize her qualities.
