If I could give zero, I would. We have had issues from shipping to color choices and then finally the bedside tables started falling apart. I sent pictures and documented everything to only be told that this was our issue and not theirs. The tables were put together poorly with cheap material and screws were to short and mis-alligned. Avoid the hassle and buy somewhere else.

There is no info about delivery info on their site Once you paid you learn that the order will be delivered in 2 months with many apologies. Unbelievable . Never buy at this seller! There are the others selling the same products more professionally

I ordered an industrial laundry cart from MDD because they had the best price and I saw their rating on Google as being four and a half stars, so I ordered it even though I had never heard of this company. Later that day, I actually READ some of the reviews and I got worried because I was seeing mostly negative comments.My worry was completely unwarranted. Not only did my cart arrive quickly, but when I discovered damage inside, they were very quick to respond and do everything necessary to get a replacement from the manufacturer on it's way to me. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to buy here again.

I want to preface this by saying I tried multiple times to resolve this situation directly with the company.I ordered a refrigerator on 3/23/23. Paid for inside delivery. At the end of July I reached out by phone to inquire as to why still did not have the item I ordered. No one knew why I hadn't recieved the item. They theorized that the order may not have been submitted. I was asked if I still wanted the device. Yes, I do want the refrigerator that paid for 4 months ago. I would also like to know what happened- no response.On 8/23/23 the refrigerator was dropped off on a pallet outside the building. I called this company the same day to find out why. I was told they would look into it and get back to me via email or phone. I also relayed that I thought given the lapse of time and delivery mistakes the amount I paid for shipping should be refunded.I did not get a response so Friday afternoon, I called back. I was told that they could not refund me the $395 for the shipping because that was what they had to pay the supplier and they couldn't explain why my product wasn't delivered as ordered because that was also the responsibility of the supplier. I relayed that if the error or miscommunication happened between the supplier and the distributor- that should be resolved between them and not fall on me, the customer.I was firm on insisting that I should be refunded the delivery fee in an effort to make right the timeline of errors as a customer. The person on the phone refused to escalate me to anyone that could appropriately address my concerns and just kept repeating that because my product had been delivered there was no further recourse.I inquired as to what processes/procedures they had in place to ensure orders placed through their platform were actually sent to the suppliers and recieved by the customer. The answer I got was that they usually know there has been a mistake when the customer calls wondering where their order is.After 35 minutes and repeated refusal to transfer me to someone who could help resolve my concerns, I conceded to just getting the number to their supplier to discuss the situation with them although I should not have had to since that is a B2B situation not a B2C.I really tried to give them every opportunity to come to an appropriate customer resolution and the person who took my call obviously had his hands thoroughly tied.I Do NOT recommend ordering from this distributor.

I was expecting to leave a very negative review. I had ordered some Spirometry tubes. I had a group of patients schedule for testing. I had called MDD company in advance to confirm they had the product in stock. (Many companies show items in stock, which in reality they do not have. So only after you order, do you find out they do not have the items) So MDD confirmed the manufacturer had the products, which will be shipped from them. I placed the order about 8-9 days before the testing day. MDD said they would be shipped within a day or two. The day before testing, the products had still not come in.So I call MDD, and they reviewed the order, and told me the Truth, that the order never went thru!!! I expected them to say they were sorry for my loss and inconvenience. It would have been a sizable financial loss for me, and an added burden on my patients. BUT TO MY SURPRIZED THEY PAID TO HAVE THE ORDER SENT OVERNIGHT, AND TO REACH MY OFFICE BEFORE 8 AM the next morning. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN!!! I did all my testing, was able to help my patients, and completed all our work. It was so encouraging to experience a company that fixed problems, and did not pass them on to their Customers. So I plan to stay with this company. I now believe if there are any problems with my orders, they will make it right. Thank you, Paul

I placed an order for my elderly Mom for a device she needed urgently. I paid the overpriced express 3-day shipping price, and received a confirmation invoice. Five days later, after several requests for shipping updates, via email and calls, I’m told the product is out of stock with no estimated availability date. Then, they do not apologize for the mistake and instead tell me the poor manufacturer is having stocking problems and it not Medical Device Depot’s issue. Be professional, honest, and don’t mislead by giving a confirmation invoice. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

I placed an order for a product January that took 3-4 weeks to arrive, without a notice of delayed lead times. I choose to use different product through a different company. I returned the product once I received it and got confirmation of my return mid February. After 4 months of communication and confirmation that I would receive a proper refund, I still have not received a refund. Customer service has been a nightmare.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not do business with this place. It took them 3 weeks to ship my order; I emailed them multiple times with no response looking for an update, and had to call multiple times before connecting with a person who finally got it shipped (they said a label never got printed?). Then the product I ordered was defective (Bluetooth, which is essential to the product working, didn't connect, tried it on multiple devices many times). You have to call to get a return approved, they tried to tell me my item wasn't usually returnable (this was mentioned nowhere on the website) and asked me to call the manufacturer to troubleshoot before processing the return. I refused to accept this and insisted they take the item back and refund me. The return process is more onerous than typical (5 days to return it, you have to provide a tracking number). They accepted the return but charged me a restocking fee because they claimed the item actually worked, which I know to not be true.

I placed my order back on April 15th with a 2-3 weeks lead time. I then reached out to the company on May 1st for an update on the shipping time. I was told at that point that I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the delivery. I then contacted the company again today on May 15th and was told that the product would not be available to ship until June 5th. If I had not called I would have had no updates on delivery time. Communication is very poor unless you want to be on the phone with someone for an hour and they cannot fulfill promised lead times.

Paid $1800 for a product on 3/2 and it is now 3/15 and there has been no communication. I have called 3 times, left messages and emails and have had no response.

Disappointing. Placed order online and card was charged. Product was never shipped. The worse is zero response to multiple emails asking for status, tracking. I asked to cancel, no response. I had to contact my CC company to get charges reversed. Seems like it might be a scam site.

I purchased an item that arrived late, the color of the product was not the same as the image online. Emailed customer service several times with no response. When I finally did get a hold of a customer service rep by telephone, he was rude, abrupt and frankly shouldn't be answering any service related calls. Although the item was not what was presented online, the customer has to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. I make hundreds of business purchases a year and will never buy any medical supplies from this distributor. Colossal waste of time and energy.

My first order with this company was $10k and approximately $3k of it were refrigerated items needed for our lab. Items were received hot with a broken styrofoam container, items were compromised so were unusable. Company refused to refund or replace items, even after involving the manufacturer. Beware, I would discourage anyone from doing business with Medical Device Depot, they do not stand by their products and they do not value their customers. Nothing but regrets.
