I very rarely do reviews, but I was amazed at the heartfelt, thoughtful service I received today. Abdul went out of his way (or at least that is how he made it seem) to alleviate my concern. The issue turned out to be a non-issue, but the speed with which Abdul turned it around with his team...honestly, left me speechless. He listened and explained in a way that did not feel transactional. He answered all my questions so patiently. :) I left a very happy customer. Happy to the n-th degree.
