I love Michaels in Longate Shopping Center especially for their great curbside pick-up service of items I order online. This service is really helpful as I am handicapped, and it is very difficult for me to get into the store. The young man who delivered 15 storage boxes to my car yesterday was very cheerful and helpful as he loaded the boxes into my car.

The staff is very patient and friendly. The store is big and has a lot of materials that are interesting.

Well stocked store, but my experience is usually not great. I usually come in search for something, like many do, but it takes an average of 3 whole minutes each visit to find an associate. Even if you do see one, they don't even acknowledge you and keep passing by unless you call them out for help, it feels so awkward! If the store is dedicated to hobbies and art, employees should be more friendly and willing to help, give advice, encourage, and be at least a little knowledgeable on all sorts of products across the board. Really had the chance to make it a personal experience but I end up feeling like a nuisance just asking for help in a store seemingly devoid of employees. This is the sum up of multiple visits in the past 2 years.
