Rude and uncaring staff. Was late for an appointment and even though they have walk ins and weren’t busy at all at 9 am, I was told to go to the Urgent Care across the street. Imagine cvs spending money on marketing to build a reputation as an affordable alternative only to have the doctor/nurse send clients away. They didn’t even tell me to try another cvs location, or offer to help reschedule in any way. Just ‘Yup, they can take you there. Bye bye.’ Condescending and rude.

Arrived around 7pm-posted closing at 7:30. No one ahead of us, no one at desk - proceeded to enter much data on screen to register. Got to the end - no appointments available! Finally found a staff member who said it was too late ? Then close! Don’t give appearances of taking patients both with posted hours and with signs in the store. Did help us find the urgent care across the street, which was GREAT; but don’t go to this clinic expecting much of anything :(

This review is in regard to my experience from last year back when COVID testing were hard to find. I made an appointment for my mom who started experiencing discomfort in one of her ears. We arrived and was told to leave without them even taking a look at her ear. We were told THE SAME DAY of our appointment that to be able to enter the clinic, we needed a negative covid test result. We're in a middle of a pandemic and scheduling a covid test is very hard and takes time, so why was this not mentioned to me sooner? Nowhere on their kiosk checking machine or any of my confirmation emails for this appointment mentioned anything about it. Of course I didn't have a random negative covid test result to show them. They probably suspected that she had covid because I put in fever as one of her symptoms. I ended up taking her somewhere else and they confirmed that she has an ear infection and fever is a very common symptom for that. My mom would've been diagnosed and treated sooner had the people here acted more logically.

the people who work here are wonderful and so incredibly helpful. I stopped by after a bad experience at Walgreens across the street and was so thankful for the help I received

Clean and spacious. The nurses were very nice too. I would go back again if needed. I made an appointment the day before. My wait time was not very long, but I know that’s not always the case

They weren't on time. Used notes from last visit for physical. Was told to go urgent care for possible upper respiratory issues.

Great appointment with Nurse Stephanie. Very helpful, listens very well. I like how engaging she is and how she answers my questions. Will stop by again in the future if i have any minor issues.

Very bad service. All you do is sign in on the computer and the wait time is given. We have been here for the double the wait time we were given. I wonder what makes people leave positive reviews for such a place .

The doctor that saw me was Angela Iyanobor. I've been to this minute clinic a few times in the past and never has a doctor made me gag that hard by taking a strep swab sample. After reviewing the After-Visit Summery paperwork I am pretty mad. She noted false information on the paperwork such as she offered a flu shot and I declined. She never offered me one, I would have gotten it. This just confirms my feeling of her not listening and just trying to get me out the door. She also noted my pain to be moderate when I told her it was severe (note: it was SO much worse the next few days), noted my glands were not swollen when they were and she never asked if I felt pain when she pressed around my neck. She never mentioned to me the recommended medication that she noted on the paperwork, just told me to continue taking Dayquil (so I didn't bother reading the paperwork, and not everyone does anyway). I'm fine going there again but if she calls my name at the waiting room I will wait for another doctor. Waste of my money.

This pharmacy is slow and the people working there are inefficient and really just don't care about getting the prescriptions out .. There are plenty of excuses like we are under staffed or we were hit with so many refills we just can't get to everything . I never do a store so full of people that were unhappy with the service of the stores performance I guess this is why the reviews give it two stars or less .. Why is it when you go the CVS.com there is no link to complain about service .. I guess that says it all ... Complaints and dissatisfaction isn't important to CVS corporate ... There are just too many places to get refills why would anyone stick with bad experience after bad experience

Horrible pharmacy. Said it would be a two hour wait for my prescription (took more than three. Ended up filling it under the wrong name. Staff is rude and took over 10 mins to answer drive through. Used to love this location but it's horrible now.

Reviewing for the minute clinic at this location. I came a few days ago and I waited over an hour to be seen even though the wait time was listed at 25 minutes. Giving two stars compared to one because the physician chose to see me before her lunch break since she knew the previous patients took an excessive amount of time just chatting with her. Had to come earlier today for a post check and though they opened at 9am, I watched one of the physicians go into the other physician's room--clearly seeing us waiting-- and they talked for over 10 minutes while more people checked in. They said this was the busiest minute clinic location in the region--so why are you standing around chatting when you should be seeing patients?
