Great weight training with a side of cardio in a terrific community of coaches and members. it's a work hard - play hard environment that's a ton of fun. The coaching is outstanding and small class sizes allow for a lot of attention. Got back, neck or knee pain? Rehab for only $40 a session. Members get 1 rehab or personal training session per month. Up your golf game with their specialized training and equipment. Going to RECHARGE never gets old!

Lots of equipment. Not too crowded. I felt safe in the locker room as it was my 1st time using the showers. Lots of parking as well. I'm a black card member but I haven't used the massage chairs as of yet.

I almost never write reviews of anything, but Recharge definitely merits a shout-out. If you made a New Years resolution to get in shape, I highly recommend this place. All of the programming and coaching is done by physical therapists with a significant amount of fitness knowledge and experience. The workouts focus on both strength and cardio so you don't need to exercise beyond 3x a week here (although if you do, you will be in better shape for your running, biking, etc.) The coaches are friendly and supportive -- the amount of attention you get is similar to personal training. And the other members are also friendly and welcoming, which creates a non-threatening environment. I actually look forward to attending workouts here!

What an awesome find! As a senior, it is so reassuring to have doctors of physical therapy as coaches - they get it! I have not felt so comfortable working so hard in a gym before. All the coaches are great! Go Coach Meghan!! Go Senior Strong!

It's been a little over a year since I've joined Recharge, and I'd like to share 3 things I've learned:1. Anybody can move: whatever limiting beliefs you may have about your fitness level, physical abilities or health limitations, know that there is some type of physical activity that you can safely do. The coaches/PTs at Recharge will meet you where you are, and work with you to safely improve your fitness level and reach whatever goals you have.2. Movement is, indeed, medicine - check out Recharge's podcast and youtube channel Movement is Medicine. Tons of useful information, and you get to "meet" the 3 physio coaches (you get a glimpse of how amazing they are as professionals and as human beings).3. Working out can be fun, and it's best when it's done within a community, like the wonderful one Recharge has built around it.I am grateful to have found them and I have no doubt I'll continue to grow stronger and fitter here.

I love Recharge. It’s great to have DPTs who can help you adjust your workouts dependent upon any soreness or injury that you have. They are encouraging, as is the whole crew of Misfits. Everyone in the gym is accepted for where they are on their fitness journey. There is truly no judgment, only cheers of encouragement. The gym is not big, which I think allows for the camaraderie and positivity I have experienced. The best thing is I am now hooked. The workouts are varied and tailored to your abilities. Each month you get a one on one with one of the physical therapists, which is great. If you have been considering joining a gym but have been hesitant, give Recharge a try. Age is no deterrent. They have a traditional workout, as well as one for seniors, so there is something for everyone. I am 68 and I do their regular workouts three times a week. If I can do it so can you:)

An incredible group. One of three folks run each workout. Surprise, they are all Licensed PT's. Workouts have lots of variety. While set with a max of 10 people, usually runs between 6 & 8 at any one workout. A lot of individual attention during the workouts focusing on technique and encouragement. All clients I have met so far are really nice people and are not into any one-upmanship/competition etc. High tech with sign up app, choice of 5 workout times to choose from each weekday and some Saturday times.Can't say enough positive things. A great place to have a very qualified workout coach and a variety each workout.

This place is the bees’ knees! I’ve gone here for a year for PT after multiple surgeries, they’ve gotten me back to my goals. It’s a great atmosphere with supportive people that help you achieve your goals, not just what a PT protocol says it should look like. The time and attention Ryan gives is worth it’s weight in goldEDIT: I've now joined the classes, 3 years later. Everyday I am glad I joined!

Great facility with a plethora of equipment, free weight, racks and machines, they event have a trap bar. Everything clean and organized and the locker rooms were nice.

When I was searching for a pilates class, I was confused by options provided by many companies. Then I hit upon RECHARGE and read about how they operate and what they offer. The SENIOR STRONG class sounded perfect for me--and addressed my needs better than a pilates class. This was the best decision! I really have benefited from my 3-day a week class and look forward to each and every session. Our trainer, Megan, is professional, fun, encouraging and makes sure we are doing everything to prevent injury while making us work as hard as possible. The results I have seen are excellent! This is a great place to improve strength, muscle and workout productively. I highly recommend!

Recharge is a fantastic workout experience with outstanding coaches and challenging classes (that can be customized to your fitness level). I've never exercised in a group/class setting before, but I love it and have never been so dedicated to working out. Joining was one of the best decisions I've made.

I’m a paraplegic with a T1 complete SCI. The progress I’ve made at Recharge since I’ve started there continues to surprises me every day. They create workouts for both short and long term goals all while catering it specifically to my needs. The last few years with them have been life changing. We do movements that I never thought would be possible for me. One of the best things is the community and structure they created makes you look forward to each day with them.
