The thought of selling my home, especially my first home, seemed like it would be a difficult and daunting process to go through. When the time came, I was put in contact with Ricky Cantore and chose him to be my realtor. From my first interaction with him, how he explained the process, immediately put me at ease. It changed my outlook on the whole process and solidified in my mind that the decision to have him as my realtor was the correct choice. I started the journey with him 6 months prior to placing my home on the market and Ricky continued to check in during that time. When it came time to rock and roll, Ricky provided clear cut and thorough information to set everyone up for success. Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond for us and we were constantly impressed by him. Because of his connections in the area, he was able to find us an amazing off market deal. There is a reason why Ricky has 5 star reviews. He is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Not only was he patient with us but also very professional and attentive to details. He knew what type of homes we were looking for and gave us honest feedback on every home we toured. After we purchased our home Ricky continued to stay in touch with us to ensure that all was going well including the renovations we plan on doing. We would not hesitate in referring Ricky to our friends and family. And we hope to continue to work with him in the future!

I’ve never written an online review before, but had to make an account to leave a review for Ricky. Ricky’s dedication to his clients, knowledge of the market, and the purchase/sale process surpassed anything I could have expected. From the initial consultation, to rapid fast responses and last-minute showings (even over a holiday weekend), to the closing table, Ricky showed 110% dedication and professionalism.
For those looking to buy a home, Ricky also is truly a buyers agent and has the best interest of the buyers in mind. There were a couple homes I was interested in, but Ricky would throughly examine each home, comps, and provided his expert advice to keep looking. When it came time to put in an offer in a competitive market, Ricky’s knowledge of the market was displayed by crafting a winning offer. Thanks for everything, Ricky!
