Brandon and his team (especially Kyle) have been outstanding in their customer service not only managing the sale and closing process, but also, afterwards when we had additional questions and issues related to: HOA matters, Architectural Review compliance and document submissions, follow-up with the sellers on appliance service documents, contact with the Title Company and other issues that occurred after the Settlement was complete and they were paid their commission. They are friendly and highly competent. We are very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I've got to be honest—I might have been what you’d call a "nightmare client" for Kiahna Washington, Realtor. Without diving into all the gritty details, let's just say this latest project had me questioning everything I thought I knew about this market and the whole process. But then, like a hero in a play, Kiahna stepped in with her can-do attitude and endless solutions, completely turning things around for me. She didn’t just help me navigate through; she helped me find my lost spark of confidence again.
Having her on my team made all the difference. Seriously, I’m not even exaggerating when I say we couldn’t have pulled it off without her magic touch. And, well, I guess the only drawback (sorry, Kiahna!) is that she’s now my go-to for any future endeavors. No escaping me now!

As first time home buyers, my partner and I were pretty nervous about entering this market with little knowledge, other than what we found on the internet. Brandon educated us on the market, how to move through the buying process, and connected us with the best folks to work with from the loan provider to who to reach out to for an inspection.
