Vehicle was clean and good. I liked CarPlay connect and smart systems helping with parking, reverse, etc. Customer service at this location was excellent. They were very prompt, friendly, informative and helpful.

Falsified the fuel level. Had to dispute with uhaul. Billed me for an empty tank. See the picture attached with quarter tank at drop off.

Picking up a U-Haul at a non-U-Haul location using the app was very difficult and convoluted process. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul using this method.
