There were quite a few mixups with my iPhone 15 Pro Max online order but Reena and Isaiah were so helpful with getting it figured out. The store was very busy and customers (me included) were giving the 2 staff members a hard time but they remained professional and got the job done!

I went in to simply return a cable box and the wait was over an hour. I assumed it would be a quick drop off but the system they had in place was very inefficient. Many people walked in and right back out since the line to be seen was 7 people deep. No "queue" was present so (even if I wanted to wait 1+ hours) there was no visibility into who was next. The system in place made no sense and caused a lot of unnecessary stress for both the customers and employees.

I ordered a phone through Verizon to be picked up at the store. I received an email that the phone will be ready within two hours. I did not receive a follow up email so I called the store and they told me the phone will be ready in two hours. I went to pick up the phone and they told me that the phone belong to someone else and they refused to give it to me. The phone calling system is extremely in efficient and I was cut off several times. You are not allowed to directly contact the store, but have to go through the answering service. This has been a very negative, frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, unprofessional experience. I can assure you that I will never go back to this Verizon store.

Terrible Customer Service. I went in to start a new service, Associate was extremely sarcastic saying he could "maybe" help us. We ended up leaving and trying again the next day, we stood at the door for about 10 minutes and no associate even greeted us and said they would help when they could. Would give 0 stars if possible but Google won't let me

My sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly and he knew about all my needs and he answered all my questions. He was fun to chat with while my new phone was being filled with my data in the cloud. I plan to go back when needed, but not yet, not yet!

Had an excellent experience. The store was nearly empty, so I was seen right away. Sales reps were friendly, never felt rushed or pressured to sign up for additional services. I would definitely come back for any issues with my plan or equipment.

Store has the typical cold and impersonal, industrial look that all tech stores have these days. They were understaffed with long waits on unbearably hard furniture made of wood slabs and metal. When I went the store was filled with customers and they were having trouble with enough people to answer the phones.The employees were pleasant and hardworking but clearly Verizon was working them and their on the cheap.

I had Drew and Kenny assist me + they worked with me for at least two + half hours. He did not up sell products to me instead he wanted to explain why certain services were not appropriate and expensive.

Had to wait, but didn't have an appointment. My husband had somehow set his phone for visually impaired and we couldn't operate it enough to get it back to normal. A Verizon employee took the phone to another employee who fixed it in two minutes and locked the settings so he could never accidentally do it again! And this was 8:30 PM on a Saturday night! Alll other Verizon shops locally had closed much earlier. I know where I'm going when my current contract is finished!

I wanted to let people know that I had excellent service from Diamond at the Ellicott City store. She was very patient and knowledgeable. When your phone isn’t working it can be very stressful, but she was both calming and persistent until the problem was solved. Thank you!

I came in right at 9am on a Saturday after my phone died for good in the middle of the night and I needed to be out by 10:15 to DJ a wedding. Shoutout to the general manager, Kenny, who saved the day and got my phone back on long enough to get everything transferred and set me up with new phone.
