I would rate this store negative starts if I have that option, especially due to the manager lady. I received an expiring product and was told to return it to a Walgreens store, so I went to this one. The staff members were helping me with my return. Then the manager lady came out and stopped everything, stopped her colleagues from helping me and completely ignored my questions and problems with the product. When I again made inquiries about possible solutions, other staff member made the attempt to help me again and this manager stopped that attempt and simply left me standing there.Worst possible experience ever and don't waste your money/time here.

I had a horrible experience here last week with a pharmacist Paul. This pharmacy was the only one in the area who had eyedrops for my six-month old son who I had with me. I arrived ten minutes prior to closing time to ask them to fill the prescription, but the pharmacist immediately started yelling at me for 10 minutes straight saying he couldn't fill a prescription for me until they actually closed. In the time he took yelling at me, he could have filled my prescription. He even told me that he should never have told CVS (where I originally went) that they had a supply of eyedrops, insinuating that he was going to lie about what they had available so he wouldn't be inconvenienced. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had in my life. Do not go here, go across the street to CVS.

The pharmacy here is a disaster. I've never seen a more untrained incompetent staff that handles medication in my life. They have absolutely no idea what is going on. There computer systems never seems to work for insurance information. If you fill out anything online it never gets saved and you have to fill it out all over again.

This Walgreens is not ready to distribute the new Covid 19 shot. I had to fill out a form that was already submitted online. I was told I needed to print it before coming which is not the direction online. There was no one actively giving shots. At 3:32 PM the 3:10, 3:15 and 3:30 appointments were still sitting there. Clearly the appointments were double booked because I also had a 3:30 appointment. There was no sign that anyone knew what was going on or that anyone there was prepared to start giving shots. I walked out with my two sons with no idea of when or if our appointments would be honored anytime soon.

I had surgery yesterday morning and I was required to have a Covid test beforehand. I was told by an employee that I would have my results back. I just received my results last nigh, and I understand that things can get backed up. My issue was with the lack of help I received from pharmacy staff. customer service was horrible and when I tried to get a prescription filled they told me they didn't have it. They didn't even offer to order it. luckily CVS is right across the street and the minute clinic was incredibly helpful

Bought a bottle of aspirin that expires in two months. That's never happened to me before. Also bought three 2-liter bottles of diet Dr. Pepper; on the shelf they were marked 3 for $3. Unfortunately, instead of getting a paper receipt, I get it in e-mail, so it wasn't until later that I realized I was charged $2.49 each. I'm done with Walgreens.

This is my second very unpleasant encounter with the same staff member. I was in the process of choosing a lotion and already had a full cart of items for purchase. The associate came up to me and said that in a rude way as if I owed her something "these are not samples, these are not samples. thank you!" and walked away. On previous occasion, this same associate was very short, rude and refused to look up items on sale in the coupon book. Every time I see her, she appears pretty miserable and angry. Really poor customer service.

Filthiest bathroom I have seen, other than small remote gas stations and portapotties at marathon races. Urine overfow from urinal, fesces all over the toilet lid, no paper towels in the dispenser (a role was on top) trash overflowing, and a dirty sink. Why would anyone go to this store for a vaccine or any other procedure that requires a modicum of sanitation? Employees use this bathroom (1:15 pm). Do they just ignore it? Isn't a pharmacy retail store supposed to be clean? Last time at this store. CVS is much cleaner, and it is across the road.

Wow - the pharmacist/staff refused to take a new prescription because there were on lunch break. Told me to come back in 30minutes to hand her the scripts. She also said - even if a physician called in a new prescription at this time, they would not accept the call. That seems absurd.

This Walgreens location is usually quiet and well staffed. The pharmacy staff has been professional and quick. I never wait too long in the drive thru. A much nicer place then the CVS across the street.

Extremely upset that I went here on my lunch break to get my nerve pain medicine and I arrived 30 seconds late apparently. Their lunch break is 1:30 to 2 PM but you get there and there is no sign stating that. Myself and 4 other people found out from the people up front at checkout. Now I’ve wasted an entire lunch break. The best part was when I was waiting in the seating area and one of the pharmacists was about to leave but asked me if I was waiting on a prescription (that is already filled and ready to go), I said yes, he went back to the computer and asked for my name and looked up but then came back over to me and said that I had to wait until they were done their lunch break and then he left.

I have been with this pharmacy for 8 years without issue. This year a new pharmacy manager has control. I shattered my shoulder and fractured my humerus, and was denied my pain meds by her, requiring a visit to the ER.

I handed in a prescription at 3PM, was told it would be ready by 5PM. By 6:40PM it was still not ready. The pharmacy closes at 8PM, and I need the medication to begin tonight. After 4 phone calls and an online chat, no one could help me. This is my first experience with Walgreen pharmacy, and they definitely are not up to the task!!
