i go here because i live very close to it. Parking is always available and the store is very clean. They have a wide selection of meat, fruit, and vegetables and refrigerated foods. My only negative are the slow lines when the store is busy. Sometimes the self checkout line is so long i walk out and come another time. Other than that all this walmart needs is a auto care center for tires and such.

Lots of empty shelves. Especially the veggies and fruit section. Never fully stocked, always something missing. But it's Walmart, you don't go there to find everything you are looking for, you go there to buy things at a cheap price. Also, they still don't have the tap to pay at check out. Need to have a physical card if you are doing credit.

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. I had the worst experience with this walmart order of a cake that we needed for my friend’s engagement. We came to pick it up and were left waiting at customer service for 45 minutes. The manager at customer service was no help whatsoever and no one from “upper management” was coming to assist us either, since the bakery was empty. It literally took my husband to GO TO THE BACK OF THE BAKERY HIMSELF, as we were almost 30 minutes late to this event. When he went to the back two guys were just sitting in the back. Doing literally nothing. Absolutely ridiculous store and even worse staff. Should learn who deserves to he a manager before promoting.

The order pickup process and customer service is HORRIBLE at that this location. Placed order online for Black Friday sale for pickup. The 1st time I tried to pick up the order on Friday 11/10/23 the wait was over 3 hours, tried again on Saturday another 2 hour wait. Sunday 11/12/23 I came to pick up my items only to find out my items were put back on the shelf. I was not notified by Walmart or customer service that my order was put back. Yet, my money hasn’t been refunded and the order also says it’s ready for pickup. I spoke with a manager who was on duty and all she could say was she didn’t work in pickup and they were told you put them back. That’s no excuse. First and foremost the customer should have been notified and a refund immediately issued. The pickup reminder email stated that the order would be held until Tuesday 11/14/23 why was my order out back on the shelf before this date??? This entire experience was HORRIBLE, from the lack of communication to the HORRIBLE customer service. I check in for my order at 7:10 pm. At 7:40 I was still sitting in my car waiting to be acknowledged by an employee. And when I walked up to the pick up door you see the employees standing there talking. Extremely unacceptable to have to spend my hard earned money at a place where they don’t respect their customers.

Found the ice cream completely unfrozen. Notified the customer service who called for a manager to check it out. I checked back 15 minutes later on my way out and no one was checking the freezers. I bet they they will just fix the freezer eventually and try to sell all that ice cream instead of tossing it out too.

This is my experience at the Walmart on Ridge Road in Ellicott City. Wanted to buy a large trash can with wheels and lid! There were 4 left on the shelf with wheels but none had lids. I asked the managers to why the lids that are supposed to be latched to the trash cans. The manager said that the lids are not available as the customers could have taken more than one lid for the trash cans sold earlier! He offered a discount for those without the lid and I refused to buy it. It was a waste of time driving there to the trash can. May try another location in Baltimore.

Ok. So I was in other day. I visit 4-5 times a week. I buy the protein drinks on the reg. So I usually buy a case of 12 but someone emptied it on the shelf with a 4th 12 pk. N e way. I proceeded to purchase a 12 pk n the lose 4pk. And what transpired next was your employee - guess cashier supervisor. I asked for the mgr. Store mgr n she said it was her. But I know it isn't. Front mgr maybe. N e way u sell 12 pls n i wanted to to pay for 12 pk n buy the 4then one seperate. She was wrongs. N I'm actually thinking about boycotting. I spend Alot of money there. As does my sister in law her sis olot of my family. N I will be telling them. I mean that b"""*** was stupid. I don't know why she has that job. It's common sense u sell 12 pk n 3 pls would HV been 12 . N e way. It was uneccessaru. N to top it off. A 3 Rd girl not involved. Put in her two cents n said that's not what I was saying. Today I received the weirdest service in Walmart by Gary (supervisor) and his crew. They were very rude to me, one of his staff just cancelled my transaction without notice, even though it's not my first time to send money there. It's indeed the worst service and customer service ever. They better change the manager or give them a customer service course, it's indeed needed.

This is located in an area on its own with lots of parking. I love that there are two areas of self checkout. My only complaint is that they did away with the price checkers. They say to use your phone/app, however the prices are not always correct which is annoying. You could always ask an employee, but it would be so much easier just to scan yourself. They have a big variety of items since it is a supercenter with deli, produce, frozen, auto, lawn and garden, clothing. It can get quite busy, but for the most part, you get in and out

One of the trashiest Walmarts I’ve been in. Staff ignores you or acts as if they don’t want to help. Yells across the floor to other to communicate. Customers are even rude. Came here to get some toys for the kids. Would rather just order on Amazon or online than deal with the people that come here. If you can, go to Target in the area or shop another area. Unless you’re into hassles.

The sign at customer service states that returns or exchanges are accepted within 90 days with or without receipt. It does not state that there is a $50 limit. I asked to speak to a manager and was given the run around and lied to multiple times by different “managers” who were wearing team lead name tags. After the fourth time of politely asking to speak to the store manager and not another team lead, a man named Ryan came to the front and said he was the manager despite wearing a team lead name tag. The ladies in customer service were sighing extremely loud, clearly displeased with me trying to find some resolution. I never once raised my voice or lost my temper. I simply wanted to exchange two bed frames that were still in the box unopened. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness was disheartening to say the least.

I try to avoid Walmarts at all costs..lol..but every once in a blue moon I take a chance and then remember why I don't usually shop here. For starters, there were no carts in sight. The bathrooms were gross and the specific item I was looking for (online said it was in stock) was not in stock, which I should of known anyway cause this is Walmart we are talking about...so unorganized and nothing is ever clearly marked. I asked an associate where a specific item was and she was kinda short with me and not very welcoming. I usually don't have a good shopping experience. The prices have gone up and I really don't think it's worth spending your money here esp when the quality is horrible as well.

Although inflation out here inflating in these streets, there are still staples that o must come in here for. This location is so massive and the aisles so spacious. It’s always clean and fully stocked. Although any Walmart dupes you with coming out with more than you intended every time, I like perusing the aisles here. Pop in.

Everything you could ever want from China and then some. They actually do have some great prices on food and meats. Produce is fresh and the international food selection is pretty on point. Outstanding customer service, staff is friendly and helpful. Garden section is pretty on point...its a Walmart....
