I am so thankful for this branch! Highly recommend Wellsfargo. Amazing customer service, going above and beyond to make banking super easy and convient. Thanks for making my experience a breathe of fresh air!

I try calling to speak to a loan officer but no one ever answers the phone at that branch. I have tried dozens of times and while I am inside the phone rings and no one ever attempts to answer it. I's getting my $50k business loan from Truist instead. They answer the phone.

Have tried several times to talk to a banker about account options. They have canceled appointments after I have shown up for them. And are too busy to set up a new appointment. They say everything can be found online. Obviously if I could find it on line, I would not be wasting my time trying to talk to them again.

All I needed to do was add a person on my account. It is 2 o'clock on a wensday. There is one customer in the bank this whole time. 3 tellers, 3 wells fargo employees who are sitting at their desks alone talking amongst themselves and a manager in the back somewhere. We sat down like always to wait for someone. Teller ask what we needed and I explained I just needed to add a person to my account. She said ok let me check. Comes back to ask if we have an appointment I replied no. She goes back to which we heard some reply "if they don't have an appointment we can't help them". She then brought out an appointment book that was all just crossed threw in black and stated the next available appointment was not for 2 weeks. We had been in there about 20 mins now with no other customers. This is ridiculous. I would give this place no stars but it doesn't let you.

ATMS, which are there for a convenience, weren’t convenient at all today. One wouldn’t accept my cash deposit and kept spitting my money back out. Three times in a row. The other ATM wasn’t working at all. I went to the Wells Fargo in Eldersburg and it took my deposit on the first try. These ATMs need some work.

I arrived at the Ellicott City branch for account assistance. Myself and the two people behind me were told by Miranda Neely that she probably would not be able to complete any additional work before the branch closed, so she directed all of us to leave and make appointments during the week. That’s correct - no knowledge of what any of us needed, but wants to go home. And make sure you take time off work during the week to appease the staff. This is what we’re paying these people for.I will make an appointment, Miranda. And I will be leaving with all of my accounts. I can only hope Well’s Fargo sees fit to give you more time at home so you don’t ruin customer relationships with your extremely poor customer service.

Seems this branch is being blasted by a lot of disgruntled people. I would just like to add that for my needs: deposit, withdraw, transfer, ATM.This branch has never failed me, I have never had to wait a long time, and I have never once been treated rudely.(People complaining about wait times, yet not factoring in the time they decided to go)

Woooow! SULIAT B AIYEDOGBON treated me with the utmost disrespect. She’s very defensive, lacks courtesy and interpersonal skills. Most importantly, she’s not willing to provide good customer service. Can’t imagine her coworkers dealing with her. She’s arrogant and plain rude.

Terrible service. I waited in the drive thru teller line for almost an hour due to inside services unavailable from COVID situation. The teller refused to provide services when my turn arrived while a car that arrived after me was being served. Ten minutes after their closing time occurred when I was trying to use their services while waiting for almost an hour. Nobody from the office walked or notified any cars that that was waiting that they would not be served. I banked with Wells Fargo for almost five years. I"m considering closing my account and using a more reliable bank. A few days ago I requested a money order and the teller made a mistake telling me I did not have enough in my checking account for a $800 money order. Another teller had deducted that amount to prepare for my money order while failing to communicate properly with the other teller. I notified the teller to check my bank transactions again. Luckily I saw the deduction from my bank app. He later apologized and notified it was a mistake. Thank goodness for technology or I would had been robbed due to negligence.

How bad is this branch? It's so bad that I live 1 mile away from them but I drive 8 miles to the next nearest location to get better service. The staff is as rude as they are incompetent. A few of the tellers lied to me on several occasions about the prices of money orders. I pay a monthly fee in order to have free money orders but they tell me that isn't true. However, when I travel to literally any other location, they have my correct info and I get as many money orders as I want. Oh and btw, they charge $10 for a money order!!! I can just go to the Giant (in the same shopping center) and get a money order for a fraction of the price. Luckily WF has offered many more services that are accessible with their app so I've eliminated the need to visit branches lately. Hold on to your job, dimwits, you will all lose it soon.

So I just opened an account online and I finally had to break down and go inside the bank and speak to someone. parking was okay. The wait time to sit down and speak with someone was less than five minutes. They actually had enough employees working on this Saturday morning to get people in and out which was a plus. Let me tell you a secret... I hate the bank and I try to avoid it at all costs. LOL.. I am so glad it's 2019 and things are done online and through other electronic devices. While here I got everything accomplished in less than ten minutes. My bank rep was very knowledgable and knew how to accommodate all of my grievances. Hopefully everything will be great and I don't have to go to the bank until next year. I figured I would get a bank account across the U.S since I travel a lot. My poor little credit unions only have five Maryland locations. I know for a fact that Wells Fargo is better than Bank of America.

I'm really surprised at the mixed reviews for this branch. I do an above-average amount of banking and am in this branch at least a couple times a month. In my opinion, their staffing level virtually always seems adequate given the number of customers. I rarely see more than 2-3 people standing in the line (unlike the nearby Bank of America that seems to always have a minimum of 2-3 people in line.
