The school and park are amazing! Always well-mannered children for my children to play with. Parents are always nice as well. Great field to practice or play sports in. Updated and clean playground equipment and a super awesome huge sandbox with toys available for kids to play in. Love it here!

It was so good to see so many friends, from as far as Chicago. We had a wonderful time. The place was nice. The association was the best. The entertainment was on time. 9/22/2024
The Westchester Community Center is located in the village of Oella, Baltimore County, Maryland. We are located between old Ellicott City and Catonsville. We lease most rooms in the facility to long-term tenants. The main hall and 2 meeting rooms are also available for rent to anyone in the community for meetings, classes, and parties.
