Newer facility, great group of guys that are expeditious and safe about their job. (Make sure that you arrive before 1400 or they will NOT receive you.)

This company is known to hire and keep a lot of closeted racists especially in the warehouse/headquarters, while working there I experienced a handful of racist remarks and the whole place made me feel extremely uneasy. This company is also known to hire a lot of illegal workers and pays them very little compensation, but also claims that the illegal workers they hire are 10x better glazers than any of the legal/non minority glazers and will do any glazing job at a faster rate than most other workers they hire but won't compensate them accordingly. The hypocrisy and low key racism in this place is unlike any other place I have ever worked in. There are some really good people that work here but unfortunately the bad ones stick out way more. They also have a very nasty accountant who has the people skills of a barbarian and honestly just does not belong in an office environment, or around people for that. Overall being in the workforce for 30+ years and living in this country as a minority for 50+ I've experienced racism enough times to count on both my hands but four of those times were in this company. This is hands down the WORST place I have ever worked. They also have zero POC/minorities working in their office, yet more than 60% of their field workers are minorities. That alone should tell you all you need to know about the type of people that manage this business. This place really needs a wake up call or some diversity training.

Sure if they mix sand with other shit and heat it up they make glass but the big point is they have giant sign supporting the big lie that the election was stolen and that's simply not true so go elsewhere. #cucksforcox
