Sold gift card to my eleven year old son when he got home to redeem the card there was no money on the card when I called the store the person that answered was rude and would not let me speak to the manager of store owner after requesting to speak with him three times he hung up on me. Will not be coming back to this store since you employees are rude and dishonest they pretty much stole from my child and that just sad

I went to this 7 eleven tonight and had to wait a long time because the man had to get into the safe to give me change for $100 . He said he had to wait for it to open and then tells me there is no change in there to give me for the $100 bill . Then on top of that, I got two whole pizzas and I get home and see that he didn’t even cut them ! Never again !!

FIX THE STORE HOURS !!! IT’S NO REASON I LOOK THIS STORE UP IT SAYS “ OPEN 24 HRS “ but i get here and they closed….Very Unprofessional, wasting my time.

I walk inside I get no greeting I get my stuff come to the counter. Apparently they are speaking in their own language Jamaican I can only presume and when leaving out you there is no have a good day also. As to be expected from the entry of the store. also be aware they charge for bags without telling you.

Farmented half and half.. the lady said she was busy and I should manage it and she returned it to the tray. If you guys don't watch it y'all will get poisoned from the food this guy's serve . The guy in front wass busy and he super cool but lady in grey is a hot mess

I tried to get an iced coffee and nothing was working, but nothing was marked out of order so I had to use different cups to try and see which one was working. All 3 machines I tried were not working. Worker told me I needed to pay for it and yelled at me, I am not paying for coffee that is not working which you failed to mark out of order. Went to the 7 eleven down the street and had no problem. Horrible experience

I went in there looking for something specific. Ice cream. I stood in front of the freezer case and a chip vendor decided to get snooty with me. There’s more than one way to get to the chips, but there’s only one way to stand in front of the freezer case.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS 7/11!- This store is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. The assistant manager is always seen drinking in front of the store, arguing and getting belligerent with customers or showing off the gun and knives he always carries around with him. There’s been many times I’ve walked out of the store without making a purchase out of fear for my safety because the manager gets confrontational to the point himself and other in the store could possibly get hurt.
