I needed to replace a headlight bulb. 5 times I had to go there over 2 days. I was finally given the right light bulb. I asked several times if I could try the bulb BEFORE leaving. I was assured that this was the right bulb each time. I needed H11 bulb, was told that it was wrong each time by Scott. Also was given the wrong blinker bulb. I suggest your staff learn more about the items they sell than sitting down during Friday night shifts and Saturday afternoon shifts. And maybe actually STAND up and help people when they are in the store.

Went in for a return with my receipt info I had gotten from the over the phone people when you don’t have your receipt. The rep tried once to look it up and said it didn’t pop up, didn’t look again and didn’t try another computer, made it obvious he didn’t want to help me. Went to the golden ring location and it was taken care of pretty quickly will be going there for future purchases since this store doesn’t have to time.

Ordered 3 parts on Wednesday morning for pickup because I wanted to quickly grab them after work so I could take my car to be serviced. Order was cancelled within mins of placing it. Called to get clarification and wanted to confirm with the employee that I would not be charged per the email. Employee said I wouldn’t be charged. Checked my account this morning (2 days later) and I was charged lol called the store and was dismissed by an employee who advised me to call my bank. he didn’t even want to know my order number or anything. Had to call corporate and I was advised that I would be getting a refund next week. Very strange.

The lady that works in the morning on Friday is the best, she deserves a rise because she’s the only one that cares about her job and takes it serious. Everyone else need to find another job because they don’t deserve to work with customers
